PNT LLC is by far the most professional construction company I have every used. The owner gave us the best bid out of 4 other companies and the work completed by them was completed with top notch construction quality. The contractors who were at my home were all very professional and friendly. Everything I wanted was done exactly how I wanted it in the most professional craftsmanship like manor. I normally don't post reviews, but they did such a fantastic job that I couldn't not leave a review. It is hard to find a construction company like this which is why I took the time to post the review on here. If you want a truly professional construction company that pays attention to all the fine details, then I strongly urge you to at the very least, get a bid from PNT LLC Remodeling. I have been a real estate appraiser in the puget sound area for 22 years and I know the difference between quality work and shabby work, and the work preformed by PNT LLC was extremely high quality work. Everthing I wanted done, they did and they paid attention to every detail even when I changed a few things mid construction. Quality of construction EXTREMELY Important when it comes to getting the most value out of your home. Wether you plan on selling your home, refinancing your home or staying in it, the overall quality of construction is one of the most inportant factors for the highest value of a home. I had PNT do a remodel on my house following a sewer back up. My house is tri-level and I turned the large downstairs recroom and laundry room into a 1 bed MIL. They also updated the remainder of the house with new flooring, trim, interior doors, windows, and updated both the half bath off the master and full bath in MIL. The project turned out so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! PNT was easy to work with and helped my vision come to life!
