Paul's Quality Construction

I highly recommend Paul and his crew. They transformed a stairwell and a closet into a bathroom and laundry center. I could not be happier. Their work is very high quality. Paul communicated with me throughout the entire process, and was always courteous. The crew left the worksite clean at the end of every day. I would be very happy to use them in all of my remodeling projects.

It was such a pleasure working with Paul and his crew. We cannot thank them enough for the dedication and attention to detail that was shown while working on our project. The level of professionalism was exceptional. We are extremely satisfied with the end result which is absolutely beautiful! Everything went exactly per plan, i.e. schedule, cost, quality. Only concern would be they were not totally compliant to the current Covid-19 guidelines (primarily masks, as social distancing is difficult in their environment). Paul is very anxious to please the customer and does a great job in making that happen. I would definitely refer them

Paul communicated well about delays, problems and potential fixes. Our project took longer than expected due to delays on another project who asked for changes along the way. Paul fixed an unknown leak in our project. And spent extra time dealing with a paint problem on our end. We would recommend him again and when we are able to tackle the main bathroom, we will do just that.

Iâ  m always leery of hiring a contractor or handyman because of past bad experiences. On this partial bathroom remodel I started out by hiring a guy recommended by the place I purchased the tile from. He said he would be out in two weeks on Monday. After a no show he said he was finishing a job would be out on Tuesday. After an hour past the time he said heâ  d be here, I called him and he said his car broke down and he would be out Wednesday. I told him not to bother. I would find someone else. I got on Angies list and found Paulâ  s Quality Construction with good reviews. Paul answered on the first ring and said he could come out and take a look at the project in a few hours since he lived close by. He was very nice and professional, gave me a quote and squeezed me in to start my small job the very next day. He and his crew did a fantastic job and even made trips to Home Depot for me, once to pick up toilets and once more to pick up hinges as the ones I bought were the wrong size. Paul and his crew were very detail oriented, worked hard and pointed out and fixed little things that I would have never thought of. Bottom line is that Paul is versatile, honest and dependable. I would recommend Paul highly to anyone.

Paul Quality Construction handled a major remodel of our 110 sq ft master bath. Their work was top-notch. The team showed up on time, cleaned up the job site each day, and worked hard to minimize the disruption. As is typical with remodels, there were some unexpected surprises that ended up taking more time and increasing the project cost. Paul communicated with us as each challenge arose and let me know the schedule impact. If I had any complaint at all (and the only reason for slightly less than 5 stars across the board), it would be that the cost overruns should have been itemized at the same time as the schedule impact to avoid the unpleasant surprise of the final invoice. Overall, even though the cost came in higher than I had budgeted I would hire them again and I am delighted with the final project.

Trustworthy, friendly, punctual. Quality work. Paul makes sure that the work is done rightly. He would not mind to redo the work if he is not satisfied. He monitors his crews work to assure that the assigned work is done correctly. We are happy to recommend Paul. Thank you Paul for amazing work you done.
