We hused this company a number of years ago to replace the gutters/downspouts and were very happy. When it came to needing a complete tear down we again chose Pacific Roof Restoration and are very happy we did! With 4 guys on the roof most of the time, the job was completed in 2 full days!!! At the end of each day, the site was left clean In the past 5 year 2 of our neighbors chose them to replace their roofs as well and both were very satisfied.

The new roof they put on started leaking, so they came out three times to try to take care of the problem but couldn't. The fourth time after four months they came they finally got it taken care of. They took too long. They never did charge me for the trips.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY HONEST WITH US ABOUT THE STATE OF OUR ROOF AND WHAT HE CAN DO TO SAVE IT FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND HIS RECOMMENDATION. HIS REPAIR JOB WAS WELL DONE. ALTHOUGH HE SAID GUARANTEED FOR 1 YEAR, THE ROOF LASTED FOR TWO YEARS BEFORE WE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ROOF.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN OLD ROOF. FOUR YEARS AGO, IT STARTED LEAKING ON THE EDGE, ALONG THE GUTTER LINE. THIS COMPANY REPAIRED SHAKES THAT ARE SPLIT OR DAMAGED, ALLOWING THE SHAKELINER (FELT) TO BE EXPOSED TO THE WEATHER. THEY ALSO REPAIRED GUTTER MEMBRANE WHERE SEAMS HAVE FAILED.
