Description of Work: He tested and organized all the ethernet, phone and coaxial cables in my home. He cleanly marked all the points and cleanly installed the switch I provided. After the job was done, he came in again to meet me and explain exactly what and why it was done.

Description of Work: Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Arrived when they said they would and worked as long as it took to take care of the problem. We had a very confusing patchwork of routers, cables and modems. They sorted through the confusion and made everything work.

 + -1 moreI used New Concept Technologies for an installation in a previous rental property and vowed to use them again when I bought a house. Their work is impeccable with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that I have never seen before. No challenge is too tricky and they are not satisfied until the job is done perfectly. Ralph and Tim installed CAT6 cable and 8 LAN ports into a house that had only 1 existing CAT5 port, routing all the wiring discretely inside the house structure. They were always punctual, efficient and polite and solved every puzzle I threw at them. Despite working long hours to accomplish the trickier parts of the job, they were right on budget and schedule. I will use them for every wiring project I have in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for internet or media cabling specialists.
