 + -1 moreThomas Mead was excellent to deal with from start to finish. We needed our Icon treadmill serviced and decided on Thomas after reviewing bids. His communication and knowledge during the entire process were exceptional. We also were very happy with his very competitive pricing and that he didn't try to upsell us with a bunch of things we didn't need. We will be relying on Mr. Mead for all our future exercise equipment and massage chair repair needs.
