Danny, the author of the service, made multiple trips to make sure he got the right parts, and kept us informed until he was able to schedule the repair, which was done well.

Danny is awesome. I won't even think about looking elsewhere for my future garage door needs. I bought an opener from the store that had been previously opened; because it was the only one left. Well, no surprise, but it was missing some pieces, some major, some minor. No problem for Danny -- he took care of it. He didn't even charge extra for the minor pieces he supplied. The job also took longer than it should have, but again, no extra charge. When others may have gotten frustrated, he just rolled with it. I wish he did more than just garage doors so I could hire him for other things, but he's been doing garage doors for over a decade, so he really knows his trade. Thanks, Danny.

Our garage door spring broke and Danny fit us into his schedule to repair it. He also noticed our other door also had problems. So he also repaired that. Danny is highly professional, extremely polite and I highly recommend him to anyone.

My garage door spring was broken, I was tossing around the idea of replacing the garage door. Danny explained options/costs related to replacing the spring and hardware vs installing a new door. My new door was installed within 4 days, I'm very happy with the work.

I have two garage doors. The first one already has a garage door opener on it. The second one never had an electric opener and now I needed one to be installed. I purchased an opener but needed someone to install it for me. Danny called me within minutes of my request. He was able to come the next day, was extremely knowledgeable, and was clean and pleasant to work with. He saw that the rollers on the door he was installing the new garage door opener were old, rusty and in poor condition. He recommended I replace them. He had the parts with him so I went ahead and had him install new rollers on that door. He also evaluated the condition of my other garage door and saw it too had old, rusty rollers and pulleys plus the springs were badly sprung. Danny was concerned that spring could break and possibly cause serious problems for me. Again, because he clearly explained these problems and was able to show me how sprung the springs were, I had him go ahead and repair that door too. Thank you Danny for a job well done!

Courteous and friendly

Danny the owner came out the day after he called and did an excellent job. He was very prompt, very clean, very professional. He explained absolutely everything about my new garage door opener including how to change the lights in it and how to program it. I was very happy with the one he sold me (Liftmaster) as he didn't try to sell me something I didn't really need. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a new opener. His is hard working and honest and does a fantastic job. I could not be happier with his work or with him.
