The company was indeed professional and prompt. They were able to provide guidance on what was needed to repair the broken garage door. I must say that the technician that arrived was very fast in completing the job. He kept providing me with options and I was able to select the ones that made sense for my budget.

Danny was right on time, explained the problem while fixing the door. He then fixed a potential problem on our other door and corrected an installer mistake that could have led to an injury. He made sure both doors were adjusted, making them much easier to raise and lubricated them before he left. He was very professional and knows his stuff. His work was reasonably priced.

Danny came out on first day available and replaced everything very quickly and efficiently. He gave me 3 options for choice to reduce cost as needed. Finished repair of spring, brackets and bearings in less than an hour

Fast, Friendly and did a great job.

Danny is absolutely trustworthy! He could have easily upsold me, but didn't even try. I had him replace a broken spring, and I was sure that my cables should be replaced and gave him the go ahead to do that for an additional $35. When it was time to pay, he informed me that he was sure my cables were fine, and that if anything went wrong, he would come out and replace them for free! I think it's fair to say that Danny is interested in the long term health of his business.

Danny replaced the spring and the opener on my garage door. The job came out to $650 + tax, which was reasonable enough. I am quite happy with his workmanship and would use his service again in the future.

He did oil the hinges.

It turned out that my garage door opener problem was solved very simply. Lake Washington came out ptomptly, charged me only for the service call, and I was done. No complaints. He was very polite and kept me abreast of this arrival time, which I appreciated.
