Todd was courteous and efficient. On the day it was promised, he was caught on the interstate in an extended traffic jam, and could not complete the appraisal during the afternoon as planned. He worked into the night to send it to me by email before the night was over, and he sent regular progress reports to keep me posted.

Submitted my request through HomeAdvisor and left two Voice-mails to Eng & Kennedy, but never returned the calls or responded to my request. I saw a lot nice reviews and that's I choose theirs service, but very disappointed with theirs poor customer service. Still awaiting in theirs call back and will not recommend theirs services to anyone!
