About us

We are a small referral based remodeling company with two full time owner operators. We always give free quotes, and will travel all around to eastside! We have been in business since 2003, and have steadily grown year to year. We tend to specialize in resedential remodels, painting, and tile work. Our philosophy is based on honesty, and the strictest standards of quality! Our goal is to form long lasting relationships with our customers, with the idea that word of mouth is truly the best testiment to a job well done! Our billing standards are typically half down, and half upon completion, depending on the size and scope of the project. We definately feel that on larger jobs, where half down, can mean big bucks, that there is a trust level to consider, so we are always willing to work with the individual. We are not a company that bids jobs, and then sends laborers out to to the work. We are on site, and hands on every step of the way. We feel this leaves the homeowner with the piece of mind to where they can trust the people working in their home. We are always happy to provide references, and examples of competed projects! Description of Work: Replaced tile counters and backsplash in the kitchen with quartz and subway tile; installed under mount sink with new fixtures, new garbage disposal & dishwasher; replaced tile counter in powder room, removed old mirror and lights, replaced with updated ones, under mount sink, new fixtures, painted room, repaired trim around door; replaced tile counter top and sinks in master bath with granite, new sinks and fixtures.

My experience working with Matt and Josh from JMJ was excellent from start to finish. They helped me find cabinet and granite selections that would fit my budget and wrote up a complete proposal for the project for me to review. They were great about communicating what was going on, and they always did what they said they would do in a thorough, high quality way. When the demolition of the kitchen revealed some unexpected problems with the existing electric, plumbing, walls, and subfloor, Matt let me know what the issues were, and we discussed the options and the cost so that I could make choices I was comfortable with. When it came time to pay the bill, there were no surprises. I love my new kitchen, and I highly recommend JMJ.
Description of Work: JMJ completely renovated my kitchen. They replaced my worn out laminate cabinets with beautiful new hickory cabinets, replaced the old tile countertop with granite, and installed a new glass tile backsplash. They also installed new kitchen flooring, new appliances and sink, and repainted the walls and ceiling. They addressed numerous electrical and plumbing issues, replaced a window, installed new flooring in my laundry room and sunroom, and replaced the trim along the floor, doors, and windows.
