Jerry Buccola with RE/MAX Northwest Realtors

We had another realtor who became ill while we were in the process of selling our condo. She agreed that we should find someone else. A neighbor recommended Jerry Buccola, who was a friend of hers. It seems his philosphy is to reduce the price until there is a buyer, and to do it as quickly as possible. That was not the way he explained it to us, but in hindsight, that is the way we have reflected on it. He apparently did not negotiate with the buyer as we paid all the costs of the sale and when we arrived at the escrow office, we discovered it was going to cost us $4000 to sell the condo. That isn't the way we expected to be "represented." We didn't know what our final numbers were until we got to the escrow office. The escrow agent called him to be present for our signing because he wasn't there when we arrived. When we told him our side of the story, that we understood we would be making about $10,000 on the sale, he did not apologize for not making it clear to us but simply referred to papers that he had brought to us to sign. Over the years we have sold four other homes using realtors and all those experiences have been positive. And then we had this one.

If a question came up about a property, and they did...Jerry would get the answers for them. When the time came for signing, walk-through etc., he was there for them. They are now living in their beautiful condominium that Jerry had located for them. He is actually a very likeable person! I would highly recommend, Jerry Buccola, as realtor to anyone, of any age and at anytime!
