At the beginning of the remodel David provided us with a clear timeline for the remodel, and when things would be done and what they would be working on and when. Our remodel finished ahead of schedule, Dave kept us up to date at all points within the remodel and it looks fantastic. Very professional crew, always on time, very clean job site overall an pleasuring experience. We've had a few friends remodel their kitchens and bathrooms recently, and when we swap stories we are so glad we went with IRC Tile Services and not anyone else - we 100% recommend these guys - they are great!

IRC Tile Services was fantastic to work with on my bathroom remodel project. David was extremely professional from start to finish. Unlike most contractors, he has a real eye for design and contributed many great suggestions, including a beautiful custom floor vent, that I ended up incorporating into the project. He?s bids were all fair and actually under the price of other contractors. I was so pleased with the work on my remodel that I also hired IRC services to clean and refurbish the grout and stone in my other existing bathrooms. I obviously expected an improvement but the bathrooms sparkled like new when he was finished. The grout had not looked so good since the day it was installed 5 years prior. Igor, his installation specialist was courteous, tidy and trustworthy. He laid down tarps every time he entered the house to do work. I also left them with access to the house while on vacation and the project was nearly complete when I got back. It was the perfect way to do a remodel. I have worked with many contractors over the years and IRC definitely tops my list for professional ism and high quality work!.

Response times, service times, and communications were all excellent. It was very easy to deal with this company, and I felt very secure in their honesty and work ethic.

David Hoblea, owner of IRC Tile Services, met me at home to estimate the cost of replacing my kitchen backsplash and to clean and seal all tiled surfaces in my bathrooms. Later that same day we met in Seattle to pick out the tile for my kitchen and I was able to place my order that day. He explained each step of the process for a product new to me and was always available when I called. I have been in the interiors business since the early 1980's and have experienced many installations both commercial and residential. He was by far one of the most reliable and talented tile installers I have worked with in many years. David and his worker were very professional. They arrived to work on our main bathroom right on time. The bathroom includes a full tub and shower surround. David asked if I wanted any special cubbies/boxes for soaps and shampoo during the first meeting, I declined saying no we don't need those. Upon watching the tiling job progress and then doubting my decision. I asked David to put in a recessed shampoo box after he had already started the job and the tile had been purchased. He still smiled and said he could make it happen. I am pleased with my two shampoo boxes and so glad David thought to bring up the subject. I wouldn't have thought of them on my own. Next they moved to our kitchen backsplash. David did a lot of educating us on the different tiles and which was the best for our projects, i.e., porcelain for the bathroom and travertine for our kitchen with small glass tiles interspersed. David met us at the tile store and stayed with us though the whole process. I'm so glad he was there. I created a special idea / design for the backsplash, and David made it happen. Thank you for your patience and thoroughness. The bathroom job is beautiful with extra long subway white tiles. They did a perfect job in measuring and placing the tiles just right so there are no weird pieces or gaps. Everyone loves our kitchen backsplash. The job was clean and finished on time. He did exactly what he said and in a timely manner. We will definitely use David and his team on all of our future projects. I'm already planning the downstairs bath remodel.

The bathroom project went very well and we love how it turned out. The shower and floor look beautiful and IRC Tile Services did quality work. They cleaned up their mess everyday and layed a special material to protect our carpet and flooring until the job was complete. David is wonderful to work with and very professional. We highly recommend him to everyone who needs any tile work done.

The remodel went smoothly and was completed within the estimated time despite a delay brought about by some of my selected materials. David was accommodating of my schedule and always informed me when he would be arriving.

We are very happy with the results. There were some miss communications and the entire job took longer than we thought, but we are happy with the outcome.

We hired IRC Tile Services over a few other contractors, that bid on the project. The reason for that is they looked more knowledgeable and professional and also to mention, their price was competitive and fair. I'm a supervisor for a high end residential contractor in Seattle and one of our architects hired us to remodel his bathroom. The schedule did not work with our regular tile setter and just by luck we found David. He came out to bid the job on time and he started when we were ready for him. He is very easy to work with and we got along great. We had a tight schedule and a tight work area but David was gracious and worked without complaint when I had to have the dry waller come and redo some of his work at the same time David was doing the tile. It turned out that David's price was better than our regular tile guys and the workmanship was as good or better with a much better attitude. I would recommend him to my best friend without reservation.

Great. They clean up after themselves, and the job is extremely well done.

We had a challenging job, and David did much more than the work required. After many years of incoming moisture, we decided to change out the existing carpet (now growing mushrooms) with ceramic tile. The problem was what to do about the moisture and protect against future problems. David provided more and better answers than any of the other tile professional we contacted. First, he did a thorough site examination; then he brought in a moisture expert at no charge to help us evaluate the options; when it was all done to our satisfaction, then he and his crew came in and were professional in every way. Above and beyond, even. Every call and email received a prompt and helpful response. He came back to talk with us when we had more questions. He worked with us to control costs and came in at his bid amount. This was not the cheapest bid, but the majority of the cost went into putting in the epoxy moisture barrier and grout, along with underfloor heating. Otherwise, it was in line with other estimates. The work is beautiful. I'm looking forward to having David and his crew do any and all tile work we'll ever need.

The estimate from IRC Tile Service was good and I think they know what they are doing.

David came with his crew, and we were so impressed how they protected our house and covered everything before they even started the job. It was also amazing to see them do the self leveling installation, they were very good about it. After the prep work was done, David took his time to show us some layout options. Also on the installation step of the travertine tiles, they used a laser for perfect joints. They did an outstanding work, everyone that comes to our house loves the new floor. David also recommended epoxy grout, and we could tell they have a lot of experience with it. We more than satisfied with the service provided and we will always recommend them. Not to forget: David also helped us get our travertine tile, on discount through his accounts. That really saved us about $1500

David was referred to me by another great contractor, Victor Popa, owner of New Beginnings Remodeling; Victor was swamped with work. I contacted David, who came over that afternoon to look at the job. During the initial contact, David carefully looked at the work to do, and gave me a couple of options about grout. David also said if I used bull-nose tile around all the edges of the steps, instead of just the front edge that my wife and I had planned, the effect would be a lot better. I followed his suggestion, and he was right; that one idea made the steps turn out much, much better. David started the work as soon as the extra tile came in; I provided the tile. This was Home Depot's MS International Ardosia Gris Glazed Porcelain Tile. We chose it to go with the brick exterior. David and Igor showed up right on time, and quickly and efficiently set up. After setting up the equipment, they used a heavy duty, wide paper to protect the pavers that surrounded the steps. David knocked off some protruding concrete, then swept the area clean. Then they meticulously checked the steps for right angles and flat surfaces, and measured and set chalk lines to get the proper location of the tile pieces across the steps. After that, they laid out the tile on the pavers, and the three of us chose the best looking pattern of the tile. David and Igor work efficiently and cleanly together. They laid the tile with plenty of a bed; there are no gaps in the mortar. As David laid the tile, he cleaned off the edges so that the job stayed neat and clean. They laid and cut tile neatly; it looks great. David is very easy to work with; he's very patient and answered my many questions. He also does outstanding work. He added much more value to my home than the cost of the work. If you want tiling done, and done expertly and at a good price, contact David for your next tile project.

These guys are honest, hard-working, and do amazing work. They keep the work site immaculate, and they know what to look for. They pointed out a problem with my galvanized pipes and said that the problem needed to be fixed before they installed new tile, to protect my investment. I am so impressed with their work ethic that I have decided to do a kitchen remodel with them on the same rental unit. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
