Needless to say, I am beyond pleased with her attention to details and her ability to entertain specific requests (okay, quirks) I have from time to time. I love coming home after a visit from Gantous Cleaning Services. The house is clean, tidy, organized, and smells welcoming & cozy. No lie - this provider's services make our home happy.
Description of Work: The provider cleans, polishes and tidies the main level of our home. The main level includes the living & dining room, family room, bedroom and ensuite, kitchen, powder room, laundry room and garage. I mention the garage because the provider tidies the entry area from the garage into the laundry room. She cleans and shines the stone floors, mops the kitchen floors and vacuums the carpeted area on the main floor and upstairs. The provider pays attention to details such as removing, cleaning and replacing the burners from the gas stove. She has weekly duties such as sanitizing the bath and powder rooms, dusting the floor boards , making up the master bed, as well as quarterly duties such as cleaning the oven and refrigerator, and vacuuming the sofa cushions.

Also, when I have "special cleaning projects" that are not part of our routine cleaning, Ana is happy to complete these projects. Ana has such a pleasant and friendly personality which makes it easy to work with her. I have used Ana's services for 6 years and have been a very happy customer. As a busy working mom, it is the best feeling to come home after Ana has done her "magic" with my house! It calms me and relieves my stress to know that my house is "taken care of" by Ana -- so worth it!
Description of Work: Ana is thorough and detailed in all aspects of cleaning and organizing the various rooms in my house including the kitchen, family room, bathrooms, dining room, living room, and bedrooms. She cleans my house from top to bottom with her own environmentally-friendly supplies. I appreciate her attention to detail: my kitchen counters, appliances, and sinks are sparkling; the wood floors are thoroughly cleaned; bathrooms are super clean; sectional and chairs are wiped clean; empties all waste baskets; my clothes are folded in the closet; dust is gone; the house smells good; and more!
