The entire process was horrible! From the time we were first contacted and agreed to have them service our gutters, The time lapse to the job actually beginning was two weeks. We were promised no more than a week. The person who did the job had no idea as to what to do. He showed up with no announcement. I was at work. He made a huge mess on and around the house of pine needles. In trying to clean the needles off the house, he sprayed our Christmas wreaths situated on the front door. Red dye came off the wreaths and ran down the front doors that are white. His supervisor came when my wife complained. The supervisor agreed to reduce the price to $100 and said he would be back to clean up the mess of needles all over our front and back yard. There was some cleanup but but very little. We still had pne needles all over the lawns and planting beds, in some places over three inches thick. Two of the downspots were completely plugged with the needle debris. I spoke to Ryan (the supervisor) about that and my discontent with the cleanup. Ryan indicated he was very busy but would return to fix the downspouts. After two weeks, I cleaned them myself. I still have not heard from Him. Ryan also lost the first check given him and we had to write a second check.

"well it was very unfortunate to have had a experience were the people recieved a service and just could not be satisfied! we went back to the house three or four times to try to make sure they were satisfied and they continued to blame us for there lanscaping and any other flaws the exterior of the house had. very odd couple. We even offered to do the job at no cost as we stand behind 100% gaurentee motto we spent over ten hours there cleaning there extremely debris ridden roof and did the job for them for 100 dollars. so for them to claim a d grade goes to show the unwillingness of our hard work and special service . our loyalty to our customers is number one and we strive for perfection in all we do hence we have maintained a steady business for ten years. We apologize to anyone who has to see this review. we can assure these accusations are misguiding and we take pride in our knowledge and skill in the industry and are honored to do a great service for our customers"
