Cleaned Chimney
Description of Work: Bruce arrived ahead of schedule which was fine. He let us know how dirty the chimney was and told me that it wasn’t that bad to clean. Said he would charge us less than what I was originally quoted. That was great! He cleaned up everything and left the area as clean as before. He emailed me the receipt. Called and talked with Tricia, so I could pay the bill. She was friendly and let me know I would be receiving a paid receipt via email. I will definitely use them again. I’ve already referred a friend to them.

Description of Work: They repaired and waterproofed my chimney and flashing to prevent future leaks. They also installed chimney caps and replaced weakened and cracked mortar. When they left, the yard and environment was spotless and the chimney looked new.

Description of Work: Came for a chimney sweep, however he climbed up and said he didnt think it needed a sweep yet, so wouldnt charge me for it. FOR THE MOST PART, THE WORK COMPLETED WAS VERY GOOD. TWO OF OUR STACKS GO DIRECTLY TO FIREPLACES. ONE ON THE MAIN FLOOR AND THE OTHER IN THE BASEMENT. THE OTHER STACK IS A HORIZONTAL RUN FROM THE OIL BURNING FURNACE AND THAT WORK WAS NOT AS NICELY COMPLETED AS THE OTHERS. ALSO, THE ESTIMATE SEEMED A BIT HIGH.
