The job went as planned. There were a few additional plywood sheets the roofing contractor replaced at no additional charge. Outstanding clean up of all debris and no nails were found.

Our family found Diamond Roofing though Angie's List a few months ago when we found out we needed our roof replaced. I compared prices between Diamond and two competitors around the area, and the bids we got from Diamond for the particular roof type we ended up going with (we decided to replace our roof with the CertainTeed Landmark TL) were about $5000 cheaper! On average, Diamond Roofing was about $3000 less. Eugenes response time in general was pretty good. He would generally contact me within a few hours, longest I had to wait was a few days for bids on our roof. Once I got bids for different types of roofs, we decided to hire them because of their price and they were able to start our project soon, about a week and a half after we finalized everything. Eugene's crew finished the project quickly, our roof is fairly large... they were able to complete the project in 3 days. Eugene's crew worked very very hard during those 3 days in the hot sun. There were some issues that arose, with the material supplier that they used. The material supplier was 3 hours late, and caused a lot of problems with our roofing project. Eugene and his crew dealt with the issue as best as they could, made sure our exposed roof was covered before they left for the night (they had to work 3 hours later then anticipated, neighbors were a upset with this because their kids went to sleep at 8pm and hammers will still happening after that), overall a bad situation but Eugene and his crew tried their best to make sure our roof was not exposed incase it rained with tarps and trying to cover as much of our roof as possible. They came back very early the following morning just to make sure our roof was covered ASAP. The rest of the project went smoothly, and after they finished we had our brand new roof!

We had a client that requested a roofing certificate very late in the transaction, so we were scrambling to find someone who could get out to the house and provide us with a certificate in a very limited amount of time. Most companies we called, said we were looking at a few weeks out. Diamond Roofing fit us in and was out at the house the very next day. They were prompt, polite, efficient and very thorough. They were so quick, we were able to provide our client with the roofing certificate earlier than any of us thought would be possible and the transaction was able to close smoothly. We would highly recommend them!

Eugene and his crews performed excellent at every stage of the project. His crews showed up on time, and completed work on schedule and under budget. I count on Eugene for all of my roofing projects (I work for a general contractor) and look forward to working with him on many, many more projects to come.

The job went very smoothly. The crew started and finished on time. Beyond the service and quality, Eugene is also a very genuine person. We enjoyed working with his company. He never tried to pull a fast one on us. The roof turned out better than we had expected. The price never changed. Great company! I have referred to friends and will use their services for my other home.

Project took about 5 days. Some days were cut short because of high heat and the workers could no longer walk on the new shingles, which were soft in the hot sun. All his workers were professional and paid attention to detail on our multi-pitched Tudor style roof. They worked from sun-up to sun down. Roof looks great and continues to hold up.

Eugune came highly recommeded from the Malarkey representative that said he had done his roof and was very pleased with the work. I was happy to know I could trust the work to be done right. The crew did a fantastic job and my neighbor was needing his done and Eugene and the crew did their roof too.
