Eugene from Diamond Roofing was prompt in responding to my call and was able to give me an estimate right away - first for just a repair and then for replacing the entire roof which is what we did since the old one was 20 years old. His crew completed the work within a week working around the severe winds we were experiencing. The site was cleaned up and the debris hauled away. It was all done very professionally. Since this was a rental and we live 75 miles away, we asked for photos of the work. Eugene kept us up-to-date through email and photos. He also interacted with the tenants so that they knew when the workers would be there from day to day. It was all very professionally done.

Great! Our flat roof was pooling water and our traditional part of the roof had no ventilation. Eugene's crew came to complete repairs. The crew of 4 arrived right on time at 8 am, they began disassembling part of the roof while materials arrived from Eugene, the owner. The worked all day and were done around 3:30 pm. I asked if I could go on the roof and see what they did and Florindo, the lead of the crew, gave me the run through of what they did. Then they cleaned up the whole job and left with the waste for the day. The crew was great and Eugene went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, he came and inspected the roof work about after the crew left.

Highly recommend Diamond Roofing, Eugene and the whole crew to anyone who will listen. Their workmanship is fantastic. Their work ethic, timeliness, and clean up is also top notch. They were conscientious of noise and neighbors and asked for our approval on everything. Eugene was very communicative and got back to us on all of our many questions. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and price point. I had three bids for the roof, and Diamond came in with a fair price and a willingness to work with us. The best thing I can say is that Diamond kept all of their promises and even exceeded most of them: finished a full day early, very competitive bid, fit my schedule to the exact day, timely and communicative, got my roof scheduled and finished in under 3 weeks, etc. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with the roof or the experience working with Diamond. If you are considering using them, you cannot do better.

Eugene is a very easy going and cool guy. Called and had him over for an estimate. They had the best price on PVC roofing with a reputable membrane brand. Called him again to make an appointment. He is busy during the season but he was able to fit the roofing work into Memorial day weekend in my short notice as I requested. He and the roofing crew leader showed up one week ahead to nail the details and figure out tapering/roofing plans. During actual roofing, the crew did a very professional and clean work. They also roofed extra pieces over awning brackets for free. The roof absolutely looks great now!

We chose Diamond Roofing out of the three quotes. They have a good selection of PVC materials and the price was reasonable. Eugene and his team did a great job. Home contractors are very busy these days and so they had to move our appointment a couple of times. That is always a bit frustrating but they worked us in between other jobs and came out on a Saturday to fix the damage. The repair work was done well and for a fair price. He also cleaned up well afterwards.

Hard working and friendly crew--showed up early and stayed late. Did a very good job on a large project, removing a wooden shake roof and replacing with composite shingles. Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. Will consider hiring again for future projects.

Eugene met with me at the house I had just bought to give me a bid on a new roof. I was under pressure to get it done as soon as possible for move in. He was very professional, listened to my concerns and made recommendations. We picked out a roofing material and he e-mailed me an estimate the next day. after we agreed on the bid Eugene ordered the materials and set my date for replacement. He and his team did a fabulous job and it was complete in two day and they left my place clean of debris. This also included re-roofing a shed behind the house.
