+ -1 moreWhen I arrived at Denny's Pet World I looked through the aquarium supplies, but found no pumps. Jesse, one of the aquarium people, was called to help me. He examined the pump, produced a newer version, then disassembled the old pump. He noted that a part was loose. He reassembled the pump, then added water to test the fountain. It worked! Then he went above and beyond, in my opinion. He disassembled the pump again and showed me how it worked and what to do if it stops again! I asked about chemicals to keep the pump clean, but he said chlorine bleach the was best choice. I walked out with a working table fountain at no charge. I know where I will buy a replacement pump when the time comes. I was very impressed with this young man's knowledge, quiet style and willingness to go beyond the extra mile for a customer he had never met before.
Description of Work: I have an older table top water fountain with a broken pump. It ran dry after accidentally left on by a workman when I was away for an extended period of time. I knew it was an aquarium pump so I went to Denny's Pet World to find a replacement.

I FOUND THE MANAGER, KELLY PARSONS, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY AND TOOK EXTRA TIME TO SET US UP WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
Description of Work: MY SON WANTED TO HAVE TWO PET SNAKES IN OUR HOME AND I WANTED TO BE SURE BOTH THE PETS AND THE HUMANS WOULD BE SAFE.
