+ -1 moreThey cleaned my house for me and I wanted to pay them by credit but she stated she had to have a check. She called and informed she did not receive it and I asked for an address and she did not give me one. I also asked her to come to clean the things she promised and she did not come back or initially even clean the basics.

They are flexible, both on cleaning times if something comes up in our usual timeslot, and on cleaning methods; they have worked with me to clean my home the way I want it to be cleaned. + -1 moreThey clean the house and the bathrooms, vacuum all the carpets. Lots of time we are not home when they come and do the cleaning. House always looks better when we arrive home. Very quick doing the job so if we are home we won't be tied up that long waiting for them to finish. Vagma keeps her crews punctual and if there would be a question she always returns our email or phone calls promptly. I find anyone that is on Angie's list is worth calling to get a quote or hire. My only list for shopping for people I need.

+ -1 moreI think I've had them come twice and both times, Vagma came, herself, to be certain everything went smoothly and it did. Best housecleaning we've ever had and the price was better than we had paid before. All in all, I am very pleased with the work that was done and having her here was very pleasant. She always compliments me on my son's behavior and is kind and easy to have around. She's a positive, upbeat person who speaks English very well so communicating is not a problem as it has been with other companies. All in all, I would highly recommend Vagma and Copacabana Cleaning Service. They do a fantastic job - even the woodwork got washed and they clean where other companies have not bothered...Great service, great price.
Description of Work: I am a professional organizer and consider myself quite 'picky' when it comes to cleanliness and order. I have a son (21) who lives at home and let's just say, he doesn't quite share my enthusiasm for cleanliness and order - in particular, in the bathroom. He also has a very hectic schedule like mine; works 2 jobs and really doesn't have time to clean. I also work from home in addition to working with clients so have always appreciated finding a good, trustworthy, thorough cleaning company to take care of that one major hurdle for us! ... I've tried other companies and while they often start out well, over time, I've noticed that the workers would change, the quality of the service went down or something else would happen where I was simply not feeling that I was getting what I'd paid for. Then, I found Vagma and Copacabana Cleaning in Sammamish and have been very pleased with everything!
