The two individuals were very nice. Asked what was my priority and started there. They cleaned my home well.

Communication was the biggest issue, as it took them a bit to schedule the initial appointment and I had to prompt scheduling the second, but the cleaners were very efficient, friendly, and prepared with Google Translate to make up for the language differences.

it was great - they were a little late, but i got an email saying they were running late. two workers worked for 3 hours each. house was very clean afterwards. english isn't their first language, so some of my instructions got lost in translation (i said they didn't need to vacuum some rooms) but they did the whole house. it worked out because they dusted all the rooms and the house felt so much better fully vacuumed. i could also see they gave my kitchen a thorough scrubbing.

Casa Limpa is amazing. Incredible service. Cleaning ladies are friendly, cheerful and incredibly passionate about leaving my place spotless and welcoming. I run an airbnb from another city and they make that possible. They confirm appointments, let me know if there's a problem left by a guest, etc. I consistently get 5 star ratings on cleanliness thanks to these wonderful ladies. So grateful for their service. If you need near-perfection, great service, reliability, trust and just all around good energy, Casa Limpa is the right group of people.

We have had perhaps 3-4 services and sole proprietors clean our home in the last 10 years, and Casa Limpa provided the most thorough and high quality work of the group. They cleaned all visible surfaces but also (carefully) moved furniture to clean behind and in hard-to-reach areas. The job was particularly challenging as our prior cleaner had exited the industry unexpectedly, and it had been some time (4+ weeks) since anything beyond the most basic cleaning over our home. Scheduling was easy, and the cleaning team arrived on time. They were friendly and pleasant when we interacted, and we trusted them enough to leave them working while we left for another commitment and to lock up on exit. If you want a very clean home, I can’t imagine a better choice.

I was not contacted to inform me when the crew was coming..Both cleaners were plaisent and apologized for being late. My mistake was not to check their work before they left.

Can't remember the last time everything in my home was cleaned in one session. It would have taken me a weekend to do everything the team completed in 3 hours. I was a great feeling, I am going to have them back.

Amazing service. My place is cluttered with books and hadn't really been cleaned in about a year. I was concerned it would be too cluttered for Casa Limpa. I arrived home after a long day at work and I was sooooo pleasantly surprised. The crew had cleaned every nook and cranny magically. I hired this company to clean my daughter's home. The ladies did an amazing job. We were the last house of the day and because it was a big job, the house had never been properly cleaned, the ladies ended up staying late but they were always pleasant and did a beautiful job. I thought their attention to details was excellent and they went as far as to leave toilet paper flowers on the rolls which my daughter loved. I've had housecleaners for over 30 years and this was one of the best jobs I've seen. If I didn't live in a different town I would definitely hire them for my home.

The ladies were very kind and professional, and got to work quickly. Nice that they bring all their own supplies. They completed all the work very efficiently, and my home looked great! They even cleaned the inside of my refrigerator! I will be setting up monthly visits with this company, and would definitely recommend to others.

It was a first-time clean for this company at this house. Good cleaning services -- it's a large house and the team of three took quite a while. I feel that they did a good job on all rooms and surfaces. It's so nice to have the stovetop and ovens cleaned really well! Team arrived late, although I was notified of updated arrival time. English language wasn't great, but we were able to communicate sufficiently. I will have them back again.

We've never gone wrong with Anderson and his crew of helpers from Casa Limpa. They've been extremely accommodating, very punctual, communicative and professional, and very happy to help with whatever we need doing. Even when we've needed to schedule something last-minute, Anderson has been able to help get us on the schedule.

The 2 person team showed up promptly and made sure they knew my expectations. The cleaning took a bit longer than the original estimate and Anderson texted to ensure that I wanted them to keep going at the additional hourly rate which was nice instead of just assuming one way or the other. I couldn't be happier with the results. They will be coming back every 2 weeks.
