He is honest. Very. He is pretty busy. I am sure word of mouth has gotten out. He has done some work around here. He has done other wiring project for us, and his reputation is good. He is a guy you can count on in the Seattle area. I would use him again, absolutely, I would not hesitate.

The 2 cleaners arrived on time, and after a quick tour, got to work. Each room was cleaned thoroughly, dusted, swept, etc. The tile floors were mopped . . . even the window sills were cleaned. Linens on the beds were changed. All in all, an outstanding job in ~3.5 hrs. We will happily have them back to clean every two weeks.

From initial contact, I've been pleased with their customer service. I completed an online request for an estimate and within minutes I received a call and follow-up text message regarding setting up their first visit. They also emailed me the day before to confirm their arrival. They arrived promptly at 2pm (with a 2-3pm arrival window), asked for any particulars in what I wanted cleaned and then got to work. There were two cleaners and the company told me they will typically be the same cleaners each week. Everything was spotless when they left. They even tightened the towel rod in my bathroom - something I just hadn't gotten around to doing myself! They were amazing I am planning to continue using them for regular cleanings.

I've been using Casa Limpa monthly for six months now. I continue to be very pleased. I generally receive the same workers, though it varies occasionally due to schedule. They have all been very upbeat and great at what they do - a fantastic combination! Once or twice communication has been a bit tricky, as the workers are foreign-born, but mostly that's been easy to overcome without much trouble. I recommend them highly.

They cleaned 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area and stairs very well.

There was more work needed to be done than te 2 hour slot. They gave me a choice of paying for more time or prioritizing tasks and I gave them the prioritized tasks which they were able to complete.

Excellent. Communication prior to the cleaning was done via texting with the owner (I assume). He was prompt and very clear. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived about 45 minutes later than the ETA they gave me due to traffic. Still within the window of the schedule initially given by the owner, so it was not a big deal. And they immediately got to work, and boy, did they work hard! I've had experiences with a few other cleaning companies, but none of the cleaners worked as hard as these two did. I could tell that they CARED about doing a good job. Very pleasant to talk to, too. Great attentions to details. I am very happy with the result and will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their house to be cleaned by friendly cleaners with great working ethics!

Casa Limpa cleaners were punctual and took their time making sure to be precise and thorough. They worked for for 7 hours straight(!!) on our home...they have impressive work ethic and dedication. The price was very reasonable. We couldn't be happier with their work. Highly recommend

The girls performed their work well. Surfaces were all cleaned better than with other services we've had. They were punctual and appeared to keep busy. I don't want this review to reflect negatively on the work they did. My problem came with communication. When I called to set up the cleaning, I asked the phone rep if the cleaners spoke English and if communication might be problem. He said that one of the girls spoke English and that their should be no problem. When the girls arrived, it was immediately apparent that neither spoke a word of English. In one case, I asked them not to use any surface treatment on my couch and dining room table, which are antiques which I have cared for as directed by experts in the field. The girls seemed to understand, but I just happened to see one of them wiping a lot of some liquid on the couch back. I asked her not to do that and she seemed very confused. I asked if the other girl spoke any English and she said "little bit". When I approached the other girl, she had begun applying even more of the liquid to the couch, only moments after I had asked not to. At about this time, the representative called to ask if there was any more work that could be done in the time remaining before the two hour appointment was up. Trouble was, both the kitchen and the back porch hadn't been swept or mopped. I tried again to tell one of the girls to do these jobs, and again she couldn't understand. I got back on the phone with the representative to describe the situation and he spoke with one of the girls. The girls then completed the work and left. I haven't been billed yet, but expect to see a bill for more than the expected rate because, due to the misunderstanding, they went over their two-hour limit. In all, this was a very frustrating experience and I don't think it was the girls' fault. Management should not send out workers who have no English skills whatever.

It went very well, we subsequently hired them for a second visit and it was even a much better job. Anderson and his brother, Andre, are very attentive to the customer's need and genuinely care that they follow our priority list. The condo association is very pleased with their work. They have my highest recommendation

Friendly, efficiently, great cleaning job. It was very easy to arrange an appointment and Anderson is very responsive on e-mail. I'm very pleased with the work, plan to schedule regular cleanings from the crew! Recommended.

The Casa Limpa cleaners were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was incredibly pleased with their work. The apartment looks fantastic, even in the unseen nooks and crannies.

Casa Limpa does a great job cleaning our house within the 2 hour timeframe they have. If I need something specifically done, they will handle it. Communication through text about when they will be coming works well. Had one small problem at the outset dealing with black spots showing up after they vacuumed a hallway but it was handled professionally.

The cleaners are very nice, usually on time, and they do a good job. I've had a couple small issues, but they were very responsive and adjusted as requested. I should also mention that the cleaners are very good about turning my home alarm off/on at arrival/departure. I've had plenty of other services that couldn't handle this simple task.
