Anderson is always very professional. He is very responsive to email and requests. His employees do a good job cleaning and I have not had any issues with anyone. The price is fair for the size of house. I usually spend a good amount of time straightening up so they can focus on the cleaning, but if I don't get everything put away (e.g. all the kids toys in the playroom), they will straighten things up and still get things clean. I always look forward to coming home to the house after they have been their!

Once the appointment was set the Casa Limpa crew of 3 were right on time, had already all the right equipment and products and extremely professional to deal with. We went through a first walk through, explaining what cleaning we needed and the crew was at work straight away. I was impressed by the speed and accuracy of the results.

Dealing with Anderson was simple. He was responsive and willing to coordinate around my schedule. The housecleaning was thorough and well done. I am very satisfied with the work and price.

They come every two weeks. They are nice and trustworthy. They do a fine job. They come too early. They come earlier than they said they were going to be.

We have used them thrice during the last three months and they have been very punctual and diligent with their appointment schedule and their cleaning. Two of the employees take approximately three hours to clean up my home. I moved here from a different state and had the same cleaner working for me for the last eight years. I was very skeptical to find a good cleaner here. I can now say that Casa Limpa cleaners do an equally good job like my previous cleaners. They are very flexible and only use the green products I give them and use them very frugally. They take instructions very well and I would recommend them to anyone. My house is spic and span after their visit. During the last visit the cleaner shinned the mirrors which covers a whole wall near the entrance of the house. The cleaners are very nice and quiet and we feel very comfortable when they are cleaning the house.

Good! The only issue is we for arranged 2 people for 2 hours. We assumed that that was going to be enough and it wasn't. That was all we scheduled and that's all we got. They did a great job with the time that was a lot. We went with them because they had a good recommendation, the price and work in the area. I had to do the further cleaning that wasn't allowed for.

They arrived when they said they would, and quickly and thoroughly cleaned my apartment. I was still moving a few things out, and we were able to work in a fairly limited space without interfering with each other. They did a fantastic job, well worth the price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Employees did an EXCEPTIONAL job here and I am very happy with their efforts. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They went above and beyond my expectations. Going to schedule them for recurring monthly appts.

They did an excellent job cleaning our house. I've had various other cleaning services over the years and this is the best one I've ever had. They are very thorough, reliable and professional. They do not cut any corners, I even saw them wiping the outside of the front door when they didn't even know I was looking! It's a small company so we have the same people come each time, which I like. I couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend them.

Everything went great! They are on time, very friendly and clean perfectly! I accidentally gave them an extra hundred dollar bill and they were honest and gave me a call to let me know which was awesome! They are understanding of my request to use certain products. They are reasonably priced and I will be continuing my services with them. Anderson is very punctual in getting back to me when I email him. Hopefully it will be an ongoing excellence.

The cleaners arrived at the right time. The move out clean was so-so- there was a stain that was left (and they didn't tell me about it). Some dog hair was left over. With the oven, they weren't able to clean it completely, which may have been due to the old owner's use of it. They were definitely trying, for about 20 minutes or so. Wasn't 100% satisfied, but it was good enough.

Great Service. Punctual scheduling and show up, online quote saves time. Have 2 long hair cats and they removed 2 years of fur buildup. Did an excellent job of also removing 2 years of stove gunk buildup. Place has not looked this good in a long time. We looked at 2 other providers and pricing is competitive. Very happy and would recommend Casa Limpa to friends and family.

I purchased a two hour cleaning deal to get acquainted with Casa Limpa Cleaning. Since I have never used a cleaning service before I wanted to see how it all worked. It started out with emails through Angie's list, Anderson replied to my email giving me his cell phone. I provided dates I would be available, but he was not able to accommodate any of the date provided. I had business out of town when I returned I contacted him via cell phone and he stated he didn't have any idea what I was referring to, he asked that I email him the invoice; which I did and then followed up with another phone call. At that time he stated he has never received any emails from me and had no idea what I was talking about. He was not willing to work with me and suggested I just get my money back. This is not a company that wants any business! I would caution anyone from using them! I have since requested a refund and have moved on!

Punctuality: fair ----------------------- Anderson was prompt on emails while scheduling appointment. after couple of back and forth on the service date and scope of work. He emailed me on Wednesday saying that they will come between 12pm to 1pm on Saturday and he will confirm appointment on Thursday or Friday. No email or phone till Saturday morning. I called up around 10 am on Saturday morning and left voice message then he called back and confirmed appointment. he mentioned he will phone or text if he is getting delayed. No show till 1pm and got a text at 1 pm that he is getting delayed and he will text when he will start towards my house from Sammamish. No text till 2 pm. then I texted whether he can make it till 3 pm. He went to Kirkland to pick assistant and in the end he showed up at 3:15. So I will give him Fair for punctuality. Quality of cleaning was excellent. If you consider 2 people working for 2 hours focusing kitchen and 1.5 bath only then quality of cleaning has to be excellent. He asked whether I have paper napkin roles and then used one and half bounty paper napkin roles in 2 hours. All other cleaners use their own towel for cleaning and I felt this is excessive use of customer resources. We may use him in future if he doesn't use paper towel.

We have 2,200 square foot house. They are very thorough, fast, and responsive to our needs! The weekly service is $120/week. I found them on Angie's List.

The house had been lived in by several 20-somethings and their dogs for a couple of years. The residents did some cleaning, but a lot more was needed. Casa Limpa agreed to to their level best and did a very good job of getting the house much, much cleaner. I appreciate their professionalism and their bravery!

3 cleaners came to do the move-out cleaning of the townhouse. They came on time and dressed professionally. They are very detail cleaning the stove and refrigeration. The unit looks very clean after they finish the work. Price is reasonable too.

Great! They are really efficient. Our whole house is clean within 3 hours.

The service went well. They didn't come out immediately and it was not their fault, but my fault. This is the first time I used. I will not use them again because they gave me an estimate for $150, but they couldn't do the same amount of work as my current housecleaning company does.

Very well. The team of two worked to clean all areas I pointed out to them. They took care to vacuum the oriental carpets on the right setting. The owner even cleaned up the baked on food in the oven for me, as I had removed the lower element to replace the original burned out one.

I've been using them for years! They come once a month and I'm always super happy when they've been here - my place sparkles! They are very friendly and always in a good mood. I feel comfortable leaving a key for them when I'm not able to be here. They somehow always get the burnt on stuff off of my flat-surface stove. I haven't found anything that gets it off, but it's always spotless when they leave!

We took advantage of an Angie's List deal so the price was substantially lower that it would normally be. That said, the price they normally charge sounded quite reasonable for the quality of the service. The two person team arrived as stated. The owner was very friendly and professional. The cleaning was done well and efficiently. All in all it was a good experience.

They arrived early and dove right in. Two people and each had a specific role in the cleaning so it went smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent work. Came in quickly with VERY short notice and helped us out of a JAM with getting it cleaned.
