In advertising it described that one person will speak English. This proved not true and caused an accident. After repeated notices that the cleaners must stick to a schedule, every time they would call to move their time or day. Carelessness broke three items on two different occasions. These were not mentioned to us by the cleaners. Due to new men coming each time it had to be explained what to clean.

They were great! Two people cleaned our entire house from top to bottom in just a little over 2 hours (whereas my wife and I would typically take an entire weekend). They are very thorough, getting things clean that we typically miss or skip. The cleaners were very quiet and polite, speaking a limited amount of English. We really enjoyed the unexpected little touches -- arranging stuffed animals on our daughters bed, hanging the towels in the bathrooms just right, making a rose (or other decorative touch) on the end of the toilet paper, etc. We were originally planned on doing this during the end of my wife's pregnancy and for a few months after our 2nd child was born, but we enjoy this service so much we now plan to have them come out indefinitely!

The cleaners did a fabulous job - they did lots of detail that other cleaners did not do previously, so I am very happy. I have requested regular service so I can continue with this company.

I had been using another service for at least 3 years, and had put up with a lot because it was fairly inexpensive (compared to some of the big-brand cleaning companies). I finally got tired of the sloppy work, missed tasks - which were clearly spelled out on the receipt as on the "to do" list - lax attitudes, etc. It seemed they just wanted to get in and out of my house and on to the next assignment, with little thought given to my home. Casa Limpa is COMPLETELY different. I felt like they really cared about doing a great job and wanted to earn my business. Arrived on time and spent over 2 hours performing the "initial cleaning". Wow! They were extremely thorough, cleaning things I wasn't expecting, wiping the tops of door jambs, getting into corners that had been neglected by the previous company on a routine basis. I didn't feel like I had to go behind them and finish anything. What a nice change; getting what you paid for! I also loved the solutions they used to clean; gentle yet effective; my house smelled great when they were done! They are just slightly more expensive than the previous company, but given the work performed I have NO problem paying a little bit more. I am very impressed with this family-owned company and their philosophy and have decided to have them perform regular cleanings at my home. Thank you!

We recently lost the cleaner who has been working with our family for the last 3 years. I believe we were working directly with the owner who gave us quick response and communicated well with us via email and text to set up our first meeting. He and one other person did a deep cleaning today. The house hasn't sparkled like this since we moved in! I just can't get our glass coffee table this clean. They even vaccuumed the dog beds! Our big challenge is finding someone who can handle our 2 dogs, rottweilers. They met our dogs and all went smoothly. Ironically, my husband is ill and one of our kids came home with a lice scare today so I'm especially sensitive to how clean the house needs to be. Between the wonderful job they did (so I could do all of the laundry at the same time), I will rest easy this evening.

I cannot say enough about this fine Company. They worked very hard to clean an apartment that I did not think could be cleaned. I highly recommend them. The results were wonderful!

Terrific. Anderson was very flexible and accommodating about finding a time that would work for us. We've had a different big brand company cleaning our house for 3 years and there were A LOT of issues. We finally decided it was time for a change. We'll be hiring Casa Limpa to clean every other week!

I had scheduled a move-in cleaning with the company. Even though the owner had a cancellation from his helper, he showed up and helped me with the cleaning alone for 4 hours. It was very helpful for me as my house was dirty from weeks of contractor work in the kitchen. I found the company to be extremely professional and thorough in their work.

Everything was wonderful! The team did exactly as we had asked, were incredibly flexible in their scheduling and the quality of the cleaning was top notch. We are so happy with their work, we have now hired them to clean on a regular basis at our new home.

Anderson and Carina were unbelievably fantastic. They let us know when they would be arriving, a little earlier than expected. They explained how they work when they arrived. Explained how future appointments might function, in response to the question. Talked through the company philosophy -- they are family owned and operated. No one works for them that they don't know very, very well. And their services are amazing. The cleaning was thorough, detailed -- everything was spotless. Even the door jambs for our sliding glass doors! We have tried many different services, all leaving something to be desired. Either they aren't thorough, miss obvious dusting spots, don't clean floors well. Anderson and Carina did everything to perfection -- and this is coming from an OCD cleaning person who will take a toothbrush to greying tile caulk in a second. If I had the time. Definitely will be using Casa Limpa regularly for the foreseeable future.

I was very pleased with their service. The house was immaculate for the open house. One small glitch was my fault. I had an obsolete email address on file with Angie's list. The company tried to use it to confirm the appointment. In the end we were able to confirm, but the cleaners agreed to work late and overtime to clean our house. I was very grateful for their willingness to do that, and tipped them accordingly.

Anderson responded to my inquiry the very next day and was quickly able to accommodate one of 3 date options I'd provided. I received an email reminder the day before, Rose and Karina arrived right on time with a smile on their faces and never stopped smiling. Only 2 of us are living in the house and it hadn't been deep cleaned in about 3 months. Prior to that, I had monthly cleaning down by a franchise company. Rose and Karina cleaned with the efficiency of machines. I walked into the family room and Rose was vacuuming under the couch cushions! They emptied my recycle boxes, shredder and kitchen compost pail into the proper outdoor containers. They handled everything with care and smoothly worked around me and an appointment I took in another room. Rose and Karina worked for 5 hours and it was by far the best cleaning of my home since I had the time to do it myself! In fact, Karina was still enthusiastically sweeping the porch behind her as they left. I look forward to having them back on a regular basis.

I have found them to be very thorough, pleasant, efficient -- and my house is always sparkling clean. They accomplish much more than I am able to in the same amount of time. Anderson (owner) is very flexible and accommodating to varying schedules, and they most often have been able to accommodate even a spontaneous need, which I really appreciate. The flip-side is that sometimes they are not as punctual; however, I personally prefer the flexibility over punctuality. I'm sure for weekly clients who have a regular time it is not an issue. Felipe and Eliza have been cleaning our house on a regular basis over the past several months, and they are a great team -- they are kind AND do such a lovely, thorough job. Anderson provides great customer service and takes pride in delivering on great service. We have been very pleased...I love the day when they come!

It went well they worked hard to accommodate my schedule and were able to come on the original date I requested. 3 people came out and left the place thoroughly and sparkling clean in 1.5 hours. I would use them again to clean the entire house.

We were extremely pleased with the job the cleaning teams did; they were very thorough, had great attention to detail and our home just sparkled! I am hooked, and arranged for a regular monthly cleaning. They go above and beyond, which is so hard to find now a days.

They have been cleaning our home for over 5 years. 100% trust worthy!! We often leave the house while they come and clean. They let themselves in through the garage keypad and leave the same way...cash, jewelry, watches, etc. are always lying around. They are extremely responsive to any concerns or complaints although I can only think of maybe 2 instances in which I had to mention anything in the first place. They are consistent and flexible should you need to adjust your schedule. I highly recommend their cleaning services as they are efficient, reliable, honest and reasonably priced.

They do a good job for a reasonable price, and have been responsive to feedback, special requests, and occasional schedule conflicts. We had a few minor issues toward the start, but they were quick to respond with an apology, and made sure to not repeat in subsequent visits. Overall we've been very happy with their service, and will continue to use them.

Rose and Karina came at 8AM, as scheduled and did an efficient, thorough job, leaving the house spic and span. As usual, I provided a couple of tall kitchen bags and a roll of towels and they brought everything else. As a team they systematically dusted, scrubbed, vacuumed and mopped all the surfaces from blinds to floors, with special attention to the baths and kitchen. Rose is always cheerful and energetic. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Contacted Anderson the night before and he was able to get a team out the next evening before we had company over. For $310 three people cleaned for 3 hours until 9pm since they came at the end of their day. The house looks great and every surface looks much better than before. The team was very thorough and got under sofas refrigerators etc. the team was friendly and professional even so late in what must have been a long day. We will be switching to Casa Limpa for our normal cleaning service.

Our cleaners knew exactly what to do. I briefly described what I wanted done, and they exceeded my expectations. They were very diligent and thorough. My house hasn't been this clean since we moved in 19 years ago. I can't wait to have them come back.

The two people were punctual and hard working. They cleaned everything perfectly. Anderson is very responsive as well. Overall good experience.

My house looks phenomenal in spite of all the boxes. I gave them the team the challenge of working around the chaos and they did so amazingly. I have no complaints--they came on time, introduced themselves, asked a couple of questions and went on their way. I'm very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend them to other people!

The time was a little bit longer than I expected, but they did a great job. I have never seen my range so cleaned after the first few months since I purchased it. Have scheduled another cleaning service in two weeks.
