Having had a mediocre experience in the past with a cleaning company I did my research this time and liked what I read about Casa Limpa and decided to give them a try, They were great! Very responsive and easy to set up a time that worked well for me. Good communication. The housecleaners were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They did a wonderful job cleaning and I am going to use them on a permanent basis. I highly recommend them!

Casa Limpa's owner Anderson, was very prompt, and communicated well throughout the process of setting up the cleaning date. Website was easy to use to request services. Cleaning was performed by Fabio and Graciele, who were both hardworking and professional. Cleaning was particularly good in the kitchen. Fabio was able to clean some high windows that had not been cleaned for a very long time. 2.5 hours of cleaning, and quite a bit of area covered in this 835 sq foot condo. We will definitely plan to have them come back.

Highly recommended. I've dealt with quite a few cleaning companies in the past; this one stands out for a few reasons: - Strong commucation and quick responses, including by email which is my preference. - Most thorough cleaning I've ever had. - Staff really seemed to take pride in their work. They worked hard, they asked questions, it was really great. Based on the deep cleaning experience, I've set up cleaning every 2 weeks.

I have waited for years to use a cleaning service due to a negative previous experience with another company. This time I have decided to give it a shot and recruited Casa Limpa. From the moment of first email exchange I have been pleasantly surprised by great customer service from Anderson. When it came to cleaning, I was not expecting much of anything but again I was very pleasantly surprised. I walked into a clean smelling house with my kitchen cabinets cleaned, my baseboards shining, and my bathrooms spotless. I was so pleased with the services I decided to do this on a regular basis. They were a little late arriving, but that had no negative impacts for us. The cleaning team was very detailed in every aspect. They were pleasant and professional.

Two members of their team showed up, we went through the house and they were done cleaning in about 2 1/2 hours. It went great. They were extremely professional, and we have had other cleaners come through. They were the best, in terms of completion as well as professionalism.

Scheduled the appointment with Anderson. He was friendly, professional, and addressed all my questions. The cleaning was done by 2 of his family members. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Anderson contacted me after the cleaning to make sure everything went well. I've already scheduled the next appointment, and plan to continue using their services.

Cleaners arrived promptly, got right to work and paid attention to detail. I'm having out of town guest so it is especially nice to have such nice people clean and reach those hard to clean places. I would definitely have them come back again.

They accommodated us by arriving at 7:30 AM so I could walk them through the house before going to work. Three people came to do the cleaning and they got to work right away. They did a beautiful job. The house sparkled and smelled so clean when they finished. They cleaned under furniture and in hard to reach places. We are now arranging for them to do regular cleaning of our house. A great feature is that the same team will do the regular cleaning so they will already know where everything is and what we want cleaned.

The providers arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. We had already discussed a list of tasks to fill the two hours, so before we even left for our early morning errands the team was at work. Prior to the job date Anderson Falcao kept in touch over email and called a few times in order to confirm the tasks and date of service. We now intend to use the service on a monthly basis. Very pleased.

They were great. Very professional. Having them come back in two weeks!

Anderson called to check in regarding time. They were punctual, efficient and needed no explanation of what to do. I'm a "senior" and appreciated their attention to detail especially things like base boards and cobwebs. Thanks to Anderson and his co-worker the house now sparkles. Jane R Bellevue

First time with Casa Limpa and it was a great experience. Anderson and his co-worker did a deep clean to my 750 sf rental duplex. Everything was well done. In fact, I planned to only have them come back every 6 months or so, but re-thinking the decision and will likely have them return much sooner. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend this company.

First time with Casa Limpa Cleaning , and it has been a great experience. They showed up despite major traffic issues on I-90 did a wonderful job, professional and efficient!! and now my bathroom tiles are finally presentable! I will definitely use this service again. It went great. They were on time and professional. They were very thorough and even cleaned the mold that can build up on window and sliding door frames. My hardwood floors look better than they have in years! I also have a black cat who sheds a lot: not a fur ball in sight after Casa Limpa was through! I will definitely be using them going forward and am hopeful the same standard of care will continue.

The work performed was fine, however the cleaning crew was only to partially complete.

Anderson and his helper did a great job. I'm really picky about my showers and they did an amazing job cleaning the bathrooms. They were very thorough. I will use them again.

Anderson and his coworker did an exceptional and very thorough job cleaning our house. We were very impressed by the level of rigor and speed. My wife works from at home and Anderson accommodated her schedule and needs respectfully. Thumbs up! We'll continue to recommend Casa Limpa to our friends.

Anderson and his helper were wonderful. We just moved to Seattle from out of state and wanted our new home cleaned before move-in. We actually contacted Anderson before we even moved to set up the date. He was communicative, flexible and suggested strategies to work around the other contractors we would have coming in and out of the house. When he and his associate got there, Anderson and I spoke about some things I was hoping they'd do (deep clean some of the almost 100-year old drawers that were looking exceptionally grim) and he assured me that this was something they were going to do anyway. When we got back to the house--Anderson texted when they were about done--it was immaculate. It looked beautiful, and Anderson let me know about a couple of things that they were planning on doing but didn't because of peculiarities specific to our home. For example, he usually would pull a fridge out and clean behind it, but because our kitchen floor is (weirdly) hard wood and our fridge is huge, he was nervous about scratching the floors so didn't pull it out. It was this kind of thought and courtesy that led me to call Casa Limpa again to do a regular cleaning next week.

I was very happy with the work they did. Besides being thorough, they showed an impressive attention to detail. And they were careful - I am not concerned about things getting broken or damaged, which is very important to me. I intend to use them on a regular basis.

Casa Limpa did a great job cleaning my house. I can't remember the last time it's been this clean - certainly not since my son (now six months) was born. They were very responsive through email and text, which I find a much better way to communicate than telephone calls (answering the phone with a crying baby is hard). I did give them a B for punctuality, as they arrived late because they went to the wrong address. (They put a NE instead a N in my address). Not sure where they got the NE from, as angie's list gave them the correct address. Also I am giving them a B for professionalism because one of the knobs for my stove range was left slightly on, but not enough on to light the burner, so it leaked a small amount of gas into my kitchen and living room. Part of this fault belongs to my stove, as it has done this to us once before, but it is important to make sure the stove is left off when fiddling with the stove knobs.

Anderson and his assistant did a wonderful job cleaning the condo and were very responsive and professional. I appreciated their service and their level of detail in cleaning cabinets, the refrigerator, and every other nook and cranny. They worked fast, arrived on time, and effectively communicated with me.
