Carter had a technician in the area and was able to schedule us the same day. Billy, the technician, was punctual and diagnosed the source of the pooling water in our refrigerator quickly and fixed the problem.

It went wonderfully well! Our tech came, looked, listened (to the fridge) and knew exactly what the problem was. The service was excellent, the explanations fulsome, and the price quite reasonable.

Chuck was great! I'm a landlord and my tenant reported an issue with water leaking into the bottom freezer. Chuck suggested we first try a solution that wouldn't require a service visit, potentially saving me money and a trip to the rental home. I'm going to give his suggestion a try first and if that doesn't work, I'll be calling him back to schedule service. Anyone willing to help save me a bit of money definitely earns my business!

Bill did a great job at fixing our fridge here at Camp Second Chance so our food wouldn't spoil on us. When done with repairs I ask what we owed and Bill said no Charge. Went great! Work was done a while ago at my old house but I saw the company here and wanted to put good word in.Not much to say. I called them up and one of the owners (or the owner) Chuck was super friendly and arranged to send his tech out same day. Tech was super friendly, knowledgeable ,well groomed and such and even called to me me know when he was on his way. He found the issue and fixed it with a part he had on hand same day. Saved my bacon (literally)

Bill arrived same day and was very helpful. He quickly identified cause of ice maker leakage. Problem diagnosed as valve problem. After discussion, decided to turn off ice maker and not to replace valve. We don't really need ice maker.

Good. Called in the morning and the job was done in the afternoon. Bill called before he showed up. Job was performed with clear explanations and Bill has provide his caution notes on my next step (haul away). Also Bill has offer us his 2 cents on refrigerator’s reliability. Yes, their price may be towards the high side but to me, experience and quality of work count!

Carter Brothers responded to my inquiry quickly and they were a huge relief. They quoted a great price, appeared fast to make the repairs, and had me up and running in no time. They were very professional and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Initially, there was some difficultly in determining what repair was needed on the refrigerator door. Once the repair needed was determined, the Carter Brothers service was excellent. This was accomplished in spirt of the fact that our house isn’t in the Carter Brothers service area.

The service was excellent. Arrived within 3 hours of my call. Very knowledgable and personable technician. Showed me all the issues and took me through all the necessary steps. Had all the parts on the truck and finished the job quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Incompetent and rude, Charged over $325 to fix a refrigerator door. Repair lasted about a month. Chuck stated he would need to charge to do the job again because it was over 30 days (it was about 35 days?) He was obnoxious and said he didn't have time for me and hung up. AVOID or BE RIPPED OFF. Invoice and web site do not list an address and owner says person named on the invoice does not exist.
