Don't hire these people! They will damage your house. How they work? -- They work on multiple projects at same time. They will send random workers on random schedule. They take every piece out from your house (lights, blinds, doors, anything and everything). They give 6 phase plan where 6th phase is most important but by then you will pay 95% of $$$. Initially David Anderson was good to communicate and he seemed flexible. But it took forever to complete the project, and was impossible to talk to him on phone after I paid him money. He conveniently abandoned project when I gave warning because they were not giving schedule. I paid 93% of money and they left my house in horrible condition including multiple damages. Do yourself favor and hire professionals. Don't be fooled by professional quote and initial conversations. Owner doesn't take pride in his work and will leave you in bad state.

The job was not completed on time and damage was caused to our bran new bathroom cabinet and sink due to cleaning pain brushes in it and also paint spots all over the carpet. When complained the response was that we had to pay a cleaning fee of $100 upfront!!!

The job took longer than it was planned for and there was a mess after the job was done. They cleaned the brushes they used in a bran new bathroom cabinet sink that was just installed and cost us over $3000 and also ruined the carpet with paint spots. When complained he offered to come back and clean up for a fee?!!!!
