What I liked about this crew was at they were quick and helpful.

It was easy to schedule the appointment and they showed up on time. The price was fair as I had no other way to get rid of the junk that I had left after selling and giving away other items.

The first day the individuals who showed up did not fill the truck with any of the scrap wood debris, they filled the truck 3/4's full of branches and charged for a full truck. my wife asked if they could put the heavier wood waste on top of the branches to fill the truck and they refused. A second trip was needed to finish the clean up and the price went from a quote of $500 to $900. Talking to the owner about this yielded no results, as "his best guy" was on the job, and if he said the truck was full, it was full. A %10discount was later offered on the final bill, but was never credited to my card. bad customer service. poor help and an unsatisfactory job.

These guys were awesome. I called and needed construction material moved on short notice and they accommodated my request. They also arrived early (which was great for me) and loaded everything up in the rain. It saved me a weekend of trips to the dump, so it was money well spent!
