Busby Junk Removal

This is the second time I have used them and was very pleased. They are prompt, professional and got in touch with me the same day I made the request. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who needs this service.

Very pleasant phone call & appointment scheduling with manager, Craig Noreen. Workers arrived late & without needed equipment, but gave us a discount to make up for it, and they returned first thing the next morning , completing the project in short order. Workman Patrick was very congenial & helpful.

After contacting Busby and speaking to someone about the rates and estimated cost, when they arrived to remove the garbage the rate more than doubled stating the amount for 1/4 truck load was 180 instead of 80-100. This was greatly upsetting however I did not have time to take it to the dump myself. I was not happy with the service that was given as a good portion of small items were left, for the amount paid i figured they would actually clean up the best they could. But instead they removed the large and medium items, took the money and left. 180 dollars for 20 minutes and a maximum of $30 dump fee seems a little extensive. not using again.
