From initial walkthrough to bid to the day of the job - Busby did an exemplary job and were a pleasure to work with. The team descended on my elderly friend's former home and cleared it out in 7 hours, including a basement that was completely crammed with 50 years' worth of junk. The crew was efficient, clean, friendly, and willing to tackle even the most difficult piles of junk. The bid was very reasonable, and they ended up coming in under that. I plan to use Busby again in the future, and have recommended them to my Realtor friends.

The company responded quickly to our phone calls, set up a very, very timely appointment time, called to let us know they were going to be a little later than anticipated and arrived at time set. The guys were great! Professional, easy to talk with, quick to ask what materials, etc., we wanted removed and just great to interact with during the job.
