We were delighted that Busby's was able to schedule us for a pick up the same day we called. Colby and Jesse, the Busby's drivers were GREAT! They showed up right on time. They were cheerful, helpful and fast! We would highly recommend BUSBY'S for outstanding service and excellent value.

I called on a Thursday and they could be there the next day. I scheduled for the following Monday instead. The customer service person on the phone was very nice and asked if I could estimate how many feet of fencing I wanted picked up. Over the weekend, I decided to have them haul away some other junk that needed to go. The pickup guys were on time, very polite and had no problem with going into my basement to haul out the old leftover roll of carpet, as well as taking the very large old TV that I had ready for them in the garage. It was not an inexpensive pickup and no doubt it would have been much cheaper if I had taken it to the dump myself. But it was worth it to not have to borrow a truck and get extra people to help me load everything, and I probably would have had to make an extra trip somewhere else to get rid of the TV. I would definitely use their services again, as long as it was worth the added expense.

We were moving, so they had to extract the boxes marked JUNK from all the others. Likewise, they had to remove only the furniture that was broken, torn etc. which we pointed out. They were very friendly and capable.

Busby's was immediately available to assist with pick up and haul away of a truckload of items abandoned by of my tenants. Price for service was extremely competitive, surpassed only by the responsiveness and professionalism. Here is a company that provides a needed service and does so exceptionally! I plan on using them again.

I called on a Saturday and they schedule a pickup for Sunday. On Sunday they called 1 hour early and asked if they could come early. They arrived at the new time without issue and looked at the size of tree and provided a updated quote. We agreed on the new price $100 more than over the phone and 45 minutes later they had loaded the debris into the truck. I will use them again when I need something hauled away.

I enjoyed the service and they were great. They were reliable and did not do anything wrong.

I love that it was easy to schedule the pickup online. No waiting around for a call back to see when they were available, the calendar was online so I could see when they were already in my area, too. I scheduled on Friday night for the next day at noon. Received 2 confirmation emails, the first automatic to show that my request was received. The second a confirmation that they would be here at my requested time. The truck showed up as scheduled and the 2 guys were great! I will definitely use Busby in the future when I need something hauled away!

Very good experience. I needed some work done fast. Busby Junk Removal was able to schedule me in for a job just 4 hours later *ON A SUNDAY*. Amazing. The guy picking up the phone was especially courteous, and returned two calls that were not initially answered. Though the crew that came by was initially a little late, they were fast, courteous, and professional on the job. After recognizing that the truck was going to be filled, they constantly kept my expectations in check, asking me to prioritize items such that the truck would be filled to my satisfaction. Though not everything was able to fit in the truck - which, I imagine, is sufficient for most jobs - I was able to get of all the items that I had to get removed. The rest was small stuff that I later took to Dump/Transfer Station myself. I highly recommend Bubsy Junk Removal and would use them again without question for future removal jobs.

They were very prompt and they responded pretty well to my calls. What was great was that we were on vacation and we were able to manage the work to be done all over the phone and they did it exactly the way they said, which was really nice. It was a little difficult for them to estimate the price over the phone, but it worked out.

On Monday scheduled online for Wednesday 2pm pickup of carpet/padding/other related renovation refuse that was taking up space in our garage. They soon called to confirm and inform me that Angies List users are entitled to a discount. Tuesday they called to ask if I was free at 10-10:30am on Wednesday because of a schedule opening. Wednesday at 10am office called to say the team was running late and ask if 11-11:30 was okay. Team called at 11 saying they would be there soon. Arrived around 11:20 and estimated 3/8ths load. 20 minutes later they were done and charged for 1/4 load. Couldn't be happier to have our whole garage space back! Highly professional and extremely pleasant, with fair rates. Will recommend to others and definitely use again!

One word...AMAZING! From the time I called to discuss rates to the time the work was completed was just a tad over an hour. I'm not kidding. They were incredibly fast, friendly and great to work with. I've added these folks to my contact list as I'll be using them again!

Very well, on time, courteous, prompt and the price was good. They were good to work will. I would highly recommend them to someone else.

I called for an estimate of some items that I wanted removed. They were able to provide the same day service. The gave me an estimated time, but when they ran late due to a previous appointment; they called to tell me when they would arrive. They later called to say they were on the way. I agreed to the price and they immediately began to remove the items. They carried the very large TV out of the house as well as many other items that were cluttering the garage. Very professional.

.The company was easy to contact and quickly arrange a pick-up date and time.(2 days from call) They arrived exactly on time (two workers, young and strong) They were very efficient and pleasant, and gone in 15 minutes. I am very pleased and it was money well spent!

The hot tub was in a difficult location on an elevated deck on a steep hillside. Sean came out a day before to check the location to make sure they would be able to do it. The guys showed up promptly the next day and were able to cut it up and haul it away without any problem.
