Quite well. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. I have not checked their rates against others, so I'm not sure how they compare. However, the price seemed fair to me. This is the second time I have used their services. They did a good job the first time as well.

I had a totally great experience w/ these guys. I had to pay extra because of the added weight of the garbage but they explained that to me beforehand. The extra money paid was worth in saving my time, effort, and bad back! It was very convenient and they came out on a day i had selected. I'd hire them again.

They were punctual and responsive in getting questions answered and work scheduled.

We moved my mother out of her condo and needed to get the leftover items dumped. The washer/dryer were going to be tough, since they were on the 2nd floor. Plus we had a lot of debris in the garage from an old compressor to carpet to old planter boxes. I completed the schedule section of their website on a Wed night, received a confirmation e-mail at 9am the next morning, confirming my requested time and date. Two guys showed up a few minutes before the scheduled and worked super hard getting all the stuff removed. Great guys with great attitudes!

The called before time (about 20 minutes) and said they were on their way. gave us an estimate and told us there may be addition charge if they went over one hour. They took only 45 minutes to load up the junk that took up the whole truck (which was their estimate). Very happy with their work. Would hire them in the future.

We used Busby on three different occasions to haul away construction debris. On the second job they called to let us know they were running late (traffic) but still made the timeframe requested. Very nice guys, prompt, and answered any questions we had. Will definitely use them again if needed for future projects.

The crew couldn't have been better. They showed up a little early, which was fine with me. They immediately took care of getting things out. They determined that the sofa would be easier to move by separating it into three parts, and they took care of removing the bottom rails to do that. They were efficient, professional and friendly. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for junk hauling.

Called and made appointment for following day. Two workers showed up the next day on time, quickly separated the recyclable, loaded everything on their truck, and left the area cleaned up. They were very polite and efficient.

I selected Busby to do the job because they were well rated on Angies List. They are also licensed, bonded and insured. The person I talked to on the phone was helpful and informative. I was given a one hour window (hey, that's great when I'm often given a window of two to four hours). The crew did end up being about an hour late, but they had the courtesy to call and inform me of the delay ahead of time. When the crew of two men arrived, they introduced themselves, reviewed my expectations for the job and the costs involved. Both men were clean and professional looking. They got right to work and everything went well. I thought the price was very fair and would definitely use them again and refer them to friends/family.

I scheduled an appointment via their online booking system for Saturday. In less than an hour, I received a confirmation phone call, and they let me know they had availability today as well. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone, and said the guys who would come haul off my junk would give me a more in-depth estimate. Less than an hour later, the two-man team was at my door, they gave me an estimate, and started working. It took them less than 30 minutes, and they were on their way. The team was polite and professional, and even offered to sweep up some of the residue from the crumbling drywall that had been left behind. They did a great job, and were very professional.

We filled most of our garage with things that we didn't want and couldn't recycle, 20 years worth of junk, then called Busby's to come and take it away. The scheduler said he would have someone come by two hours later, but instead he called again to say he had a truck in the neighborhood with a very small load, did we want it to come over sooner. We did. Shortly thereafter two guys arrived with a truck and proceeded to grab items from our huge pile and throw them into the truck. They were cheerful, competent and professional. In about 20 minutes they had their truck 5/8 filled, they said. We paid and off they went.

Made an appointment with Busby for Monday afternoon; got a call about 10:30AM because they were ahead of schedule could they come early - - like in one hour? Wonderful! They arrived promptly at 11:30AM; two personable young men; picked up the TV carried to their truck and provided a receipt automatically. Great experience scheduling (found out next day service is usually not a problem for them - great!) and the two workers were thorough and very careful of the walls, door frame, etc. Great experience and will DEFINITELY be calling them again - - very soon! thanks JudyW

We had used this service a number of years ago and decided it was time to clean out a group of items that had been clogging up our space for years. A small couch, a desk, a couple of broken sewing machines, a futon frame, some end tables. Phone communication was prompt and easy. They actually showed up earlier than arranged, after contacting me by phone and confirming that was ok. They gave a quick estimate, moved the stuff out to their truck, and we settled up by check. A quick and painless transaction with no drama, which is something I like. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
