We have used them twice now. Both times they were more than punctual and professional. They were respectful, clean, straightforward, and worked super fast. One thing that made a huge difference was that they were able to give a quick, but accurate estimate and were available in fairly short order (same day and next day service). It was also preferable to other similar services because we could actually reach a local person rather than going through a website for scheduling and price estimate. We will definately use them again.

They arrived on time and loaded everything up by themselves without any supervision. It only took about 30 mionutes to load half a truck load. And they gave me my 10%off too.

they were spot on the estimate (slightly under). Work was efficient and for those earth-friendly folks, they did a great job of sorting the various recyclables from the trash.

I had a mixture of recyclables and trash that needed to be hauled away, but the sticking point has been a gun safe that needed to be taken away. I contacted Busby and they stated they would be able to take away the safe and other items on the same day. The haulers actually arrived early as traffic was lighter than expected. They gave me a reasonable estimate when they arrived, hauled the safe out of the garage and cleaned up all the "stuff" collected in the carport and even swept up afterwards. They were quick, cheerful and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

A 2 man crew came out. They were running behind, but called to let us know and arrived at the adjusted time. One cut down the structure while the other loaded the truck with the other assorted 'junk'. They worked quickly. Our job was a full truck load. We have also had them remove an old hot tub, dog run, and deck. Have always done a fast, and clean job. Well worth the money!

This company provided a top notch experience from first contact to finally driving away with all my junk in their truck. My initial email sent from the Angie's List site was answered promptly and thoroughly, and follow-up emails were professional and all my questions were answered. They arrived earlier than my appointment, after calling first to ask if it would be all right. A very reasonable estimate was provided after actually seeing all my junk; this was very close to the emailed approximate estimate, especially considering I found more stuff to haul away after my first email! They hauled the junk quickly, were clean and super polite, and I got a 10% discount for using Angie's List. Quick as a wink, all my old stuff was out of the house, into their truck and gone. I highly recommend this company to anybody needing a haul-away service. They are professional and you will be extremely happy! I'm truly glad I used this company.

All went very well. The two men who removed the furniture were friendly and professional and creative in figuring out how to get the furniture out of the apartment. They were very efficient and careful with items in the apartment. All done within 30 minutes or so. I will definitely use this company again when I have more junk to be hauled away. Price is very reasonable.

I called Saturday morning to see if I could get someone to come the same day. Even though they were doing a recycling show in Bellevue, they said they could have someone out to my house by 4 or 5pm. Based on my description of the job, they gave a ballpark estimate of $95-350 depending on whether it would be 1/4 truck, or 1/2 truck. I was going to a lunch date with friends, so I called to verify when they might be out. They said it would probably be closer to 4 or 4:30. When I was driving back from lunch, around 3pm, I received a phone call saying they were nearby and wondered if they could come earlier. I was happy to have them come earlier and said, "Sure!". As soon as I got home, they pulled up. The team was 2 nice young men. They did a walk-around and said it looked more like half a truck than a quarter truck, so it would probably be around $350. It only took them an hour to load everything. I could see that the truck was packed tight and it was a good half-truck full. It came to $355 minus the 10% Angie's List discount, so the total was $331. I couldn't be happier. They came when they said, they estimated correctly and the debris was gone in an hour!

The young men were very efficient & worked very hard. They kept the costs down on the job .I would absolutely hire them again.

I shopped around and read many reviews on Angie's List before choosing a company. This company had the best and most recent reviews, is local and family owned, and had competitive pricing. I called first to ask a couple of questions and a real person answered and I felt comfortable enough with their answers to go ahead and book. I booked online to get the 10. off and the process was quick and painless. Since I booked online and about a month in advance, I called to confirm that they were actually coming and again the call was answered immediately and the person I spoke with was informed and professional. On the day of service, the company showed up on time TO THE MINUTE!!! I showed the guys what needed to be hauled and they gave me an estimate and discussed what my best options would be for saving money if I had more than one full load (which I knew I did). We decided on what they would take in the initial load (as this was right at the end of the business day and the local dumps close in the evening). They managed to fit a lot more in the truck than I expected and with three guys working at top speed they had it loaded in no time! The few items that were salvageable they set aside and asked me about. They were very easy to work with and very personable! There were no hidden charges when it came time to pay. I will definitely be using them for my next job (which I get an automatic 10% off of just by being a repeat customer).

We called Busby to remove the hot tub after another junk removal company came out and said they couldn't do the work. Chris and Joel from Busby were excellent. They called to let us know they were going to be about 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, which was great. Then they gave us an estimate, which we agreed to, and they got to work. The hot tub was about 25 years old and had been broken for awhile. It was also built into the deck, but they carefully removed it and all the junk built around it underneath. They warned me that they may have to remove a couple deck boards to get it out, but didn't end up needing to. I'm very satisfied with the job they did, and I would definitely use them again.

We could not be more pleased... we had purchased a new couch and it was scheduled to arrive in 2 days. Called Busby mid-morning and they were able to come out and take care of the removal of our old couch and rugs that same afternoon! They were courteous on the phone and beat their estimated arrival time by several hours! They even moved our treadmill to a new area for us. Excellent and quick service! Would definitely recommend to others!

They were an hour late because they had to come from Auburn but once they were here they were very nice and were in and out very quickly with a lot of heavy stuff.

They are fantastic. They came out and gave a free estimate. We liked the estimate and they took the stuff right then. They were in and out in 15 minutes. It was worth our time and money to go with them and not rent a truck and take it to the dump ourselves. They even loaded the truck.

Called Busby's on 10/19/11 and told them what I wanted removed. They gave me an estimate and came the next day. They were right on time; service was quick and people very professional. The estimate of $90.00 incl. tax was right on.

They were excellent, remaining in contact, arriving early and handling the circumstances very professionally.

On both occasions the guys were punctual, courteous and on budget. The foreman was a nice guy, hard worker and helpful.

They called when they were about 15 minutes from my home to let me know they were on the way and would arrive withing 15 minutes. They first walked the various locations in the yard, the house and the garage to get clear on which specific items I wanted them to remove and dispose of and then quickly went about collecting the items and depositing them in their truck. When they were finished, they asked me if there was anythinbg that I wanted removed that they had not yet collected. They had not missed a thing nor had they collected anything that I did not want taken. They then proceeded to sweep the entire area around the truck to remove any leaves, dirt, paper scraps that may have been dropped as they were loading items into the truck. I then paid them and oof they went. I accounted for a little over half their load, so I received a break on the usual load cost, which they explained to me when they got there. The service was no-hassle and the two young men who did the work were professional, courteous, and energentic. The whole pick-up took only a little over 1 hour and then everything was whisked away in their truck. I would hire this company again. They were terrific!

The pricing was reasonable. They were prompt and easy to schedule with. They were excellent to work with. It wasn't an easy job.
