I purchased an Angie's List coupon for an AC/Furnace check-up from Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning. Ben came out and performed the service this morning. He was excellent, arriving right on time and was very professional. He carefully checked both my AC unit and furnace, and did some preventative maintenance cleaning of both. He also answered all my questions, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.

I used the "Early Bird Special" from Angie's List to do our furnace tune-up. When I originally called to leave a message, Jason called me back quickly to schedule the service. He scheduled the service soon after. Jason and Ben came to service the furnace. They were on-time and completed the job pretty quickly. Our furnace is quite old and they said that we may want to replace it, but did not pressure us to do so. They carry Coleman furnaces. They were professional and we would hire them again to do this work.

Went through the standard annual furnace maintenance.

They were prompt, on time, knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective for the job done.What more can I say? I would recommend them highly.

I contacted Jason the owner by phone. He was able to come out almost immediately to give us an estimate. There was no hard sale pressure at all. He was very thorough and gave us suggestions and things to think about. After we decided to go with his company, Jason was able to come out the next day! Jason was punctual and professional. Upon completion, Jason went the extra mile in cleaning out our filters and our garage looked better than before he started. He was great at articulating how the air conditioner works so I would know how and when to use it. He programmed the thermostat for me before he left. His partner Ben came out to assist Jason and was very personable.I had to leave my home a few times, leaving Jason alone in our home. I felt secure and had no worries or concerns of leaving our home open to him. I know should we ever need repair or maintenance done with our gas, furnace, or air conditioner, we will call Jason. This was probably one of the BEST experiences I had with a company from start to finish.

scheduling was a breeze. they had a morning spot open the following week. jason arrived right on time (a tad early, in fact). he cleaned out the a/c unit and checked/cleaned the filters. he even pointed out that my unit was blowing alot stronger (and wasting more energy) than it needed to and adjusted it for me. the whole process took about half an hour.

Person who came by to do the tune up was happy to answer questions about the care and maintenance of the furnace and polite as well as professional. Would definitely recommend to others!

The whole process went flawlessly.They beat the two other bids I received by $1000 +I chose them based on a referral from a friend.I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Heating or Air Conditioning.
