The service went well. They inspected both units. They did a nice job and the technician was very knowledgeable. He was happy to explain everything to me and scheduling was not an issue.

They did great and there was not anything about them that I really disliked. The only thing that I did not love was that in their ad they did not say that the sales tax was extra so that was an extra $600 or $700 that I was not aware of that I was going to pay. Otherwise, their service was fantastic. They were great people to work with. I also had to pay for the permit so I had to pay between $600 and $800 on top of the big deal but they were very good and very nice.

Went great. When we were getting the estimate, they were slightly higher than others that we checked out, but only slightly. And the big plus was even though it was nominally more expensive, was that we got a rebate covering the extra cost and the furnace was a higher efficiency. The other companies were quoting us 85% efficiency, where we were able to get a 96 basically same price. So, it's great to get a steal in value and get a great product, but the service was wonderful too. They were able to work around our schedule, do the installation quickly (while making sure it was up to code, which our past one wasn't), and was able to do a quick minor fix on our water heater. Friendly staff who were professional. It worked out great, and we're definitely going to work with them again!

They did a good job. The price included tax. They didn't skip any procedure. The pipe going to the furnace was broken and they fixed it. It was a fair price.

I have not experienced any problems with the air conditioning unit.

The guy was on time, clean and friendly, efficient and performed exactly the work that was requested. The following spring, a friend had a quote from another business saying that they needed a new furnace for $5,000.00 because their unit was irreparable. I referred her to Black Lion and they make the repair for a fraction of that amount. She was so happy and will become a Black Lion customer from now on!

They were very good. I wanted to upgrade to a larger water heater and they only charged me $50 to get a bigger model. I got a good value for the $50.

So far, so good. Furnace feels warmer and bills are lower than 20 year old unit we had prior. A/C is new, but does quickly cool the house, but hasn't been tested in high heat yet. Team was willing to come up with other solutions to cool top of house, as we have vaulted ceilings and kids rooms are hot when it's warm outside.

Kevin from Black Lion (the sales person) was very knowledgable and answered all my questions quickly and correctly. They also had the best price. The installation went very well. Black Lion was ready to do the install actually before I was. Jason & Patrick arrived on time on the day and got right to it. Very personable gentlemen as well. They didnt mind me hanging around at all. They installed both units and had them up and running in a day (a long day I might add). The installation was clean, to code, permitted correctly to the extent that we didnt have to do anything. Only one minor pickup from the inspector which was fixed the next day by Jason. We love the new systems! We have a problem in that now we cant tell if the furnace is actually on its that quiet! We were also nevrous about the tankless system but so far love it also. Highly recommend Black Lion.

The service turned out very well. There was a small additional fee for an additional hook up. The technician did nice work and filled out the job up to code. The technicians were fast, efficient and polite. They were great with the clean up afterwards and scheduling was very easy. I would definitely use this company again.

From start to finish, these guys were great to work with. They were friendly, the transaction was smooth and their quote was WAY less than anyone else. I can't speak to how the unit operates quite yet since it was just installed today, but so far, so good!

We knew our water heater was very old. We had Black Lion come and service our AC and furnace and then we saw they had a big deal for water heater. We went for it. Install was simple and easy and the guys were great. No problems so far!

They arrived with in 24 hours and did a excellent job. Patrick was wonderful cleaned up the space where my old water heater leaked with out asking. Patrick took the old and replaced it with a better model. I had already purchased the coupon on Angie's list. Everything was paid for and I would use them again !!

This company is SUPERB! I am closing on my home and needed service as soon as possible. They scheduled me within two days. The technician, Patrick, was an absolute gem! Professional, courteous, and extremely competent. He even offered to take away some of the trash in my garage, which I had no way to take for disposal! Out of the ordinary service! And the price, compared to Sears, was a bargain. I wish that I could give more than an "A." :-))))

It went fantastic. The sales person Kevin was wonderful and it was a very soft sell approach. They wanted to start at 8am however that conflicted with our schedules and they were able to start at 10am to make it work. The workers were very nice and professional as was the sub-contracted electrical technician. They also loved on our puppy which made my wife feel on top of the world. The only negative is after the AC was put in my wife said the house was cold... That is totally on me, sometimes you can't win. :) I would absolutely recommend this company.

They were prompt and the real work was appropriate. The initial price was high, but they adjusted that downward to more accurately reflect the actual hours on the job. I would definitely use them again.

We were never able to use the deal. The unit did not fit in our space. The technician was helpful and tried to work with us, but they were unable to. Scheduling was fine.

Watched him and he did a thorough job of cleaning burner area, checking flame, etc. while explaining what he was doing and looking for. He also talked about possible water heater problem that I need to watch as it had a small leak.
