Great! It worked out pretty good, I have no complaints. They put their tools on a brand new washing machine without putting a cover on it, but other than that, they did a pretty good job.

It went ok. The provider didn't do much beside open up the main furnace cover and cleaning up some dirt. I could have done this myself. I don't think it worth $60.

They arrived on time and that was greatly appreciated. When they were finished with the installation they explain who every worked and answered any questions. The big plus but totally unexpected, they left my garage cleaner then it was when they arrived in the morning

I had My moms Furnace replaced she had been out of heat for a few weeks I had her living with me until replacement, when they found out we were with out heat the did the install the next day they arrived early and both technicians were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, I am very pleased with everything about this service and I would and will use them again...

Replace went great! If I had not been out of hot water (leaky tank had to be drained) I may have spent more time looking into a tankless model. As it was, I just replaced "like for like".

Just had a Mitsubishi ductless A/C and heating installed by Black Lion today. They did a tremendous job all around. Kevin Morris, the estimator, came out, provided us with options, and provided us with our estimate the same day. We were able to schedule the installation at our convenience, which worked out great because we had other work being done in the room where the unit was going to be installed. On the day of the install, they showed up within the one-hour window that they gave us and went right to work. The electricians did their thing and then Bruno and Phil finished the installation. The work was done quickly (four hours from start to finish), neatly, and with a smile. After the unit was installed, Phil explained how to work the indoor unit and also how to maintain the outside unit. In all, I am very happy with Black Lion and am going to recommend them to my friends and relatives who are looking to install the same type of unit or any other type of HVAC unit.

They were very professional and they stated that they would be able to fix my very old furnace, but because of the busy schedule, they would not be able to get here for a little over a week. I decided to get a refund for this, only because I need it done sooner. This company was very polite and knowledgeable, and I would consider using them in the future.

It went pretty well. I was satisfied with their work. They were kind. They explained what they did. The noise wasn't gone completely so I was not 100% satisfied. It was good value. Their price was quite good.

They called me back a few hours later to inform me that the manufacturer no longer made the part and therefore I needed to install a new water heater. I took them for their word. We met a second time so that they can determine which water heater to install. They quoted me at $3400+installation. I asked for the model number. We then scheduled for them to come out for the installation. While I waited for them the day of the installation I decided to look up the model on the internet. After considerable digging, I discovered the model they were installing was discontinued and there was a new model in place which was $200 cheaper. I then had a funny feeling and decided to call the company of the original water heater to see if the dip tube indeed was no longer manufactured. I provided the serial# and model # and they confirmed that they had several parts in stock and of course the part was still manufactured. UNBELIEVABLE. Then I get a call from the installer telling me they would be 2 hrs late. Upon which I told them what I discovered. They sounded very uncomfortable and told me they would call me right back. They never called back.

The technician showed up within the scheduled time window, did the work efficiently, and told me about issues that might need attention in the future. There was no high pressure to buy their annual maintenance plan, but I did since it was much less expensive than the Angie's List purchases I had made (two $163 vouchers--one for the air conditioner and one for the furnace). The annual maintenance plan is only $149 and covers two visits/year so I can get both the furnace and the air conditioner serviced.

Technician arrived within the time window to provide requested estimate. He provided an estimate for "if the job is done right now" (which I was not expecting), but did not have appropriate ladder for accessing roof. Because this is roof work and accidents can happen, tech was unable to provide a knowledgeable, informed response whether this company was insured and for greater then 1 million nor did he offer a solution to finding this information. I didn't sense he was sensitive to homeowner's responsibility and liability for accidents occurring on their property, especially if you are expecting a customer to say yes on the spot. I was agreeable to delaying the work until a suitable company ladder was brought to the job site and was informed that delaying the work would result in a price increase. Despite feeling penalized, I said okay, but email me the final estimate. Despite my agreeability, the tech seemed annoyed to delay the work and email an estimate. Eight business days later, I have not received any information either by email or telephone.

They were here on time and did a great job. I especially appreciated my interaction with their front office. Next time we need a service they perform we will call them. The price was very reasonable compared to what we had been quoted by another company,

I selected Washington Energy Services for the work, but I am confident that Black Lion would have done a good job as well.

Had the furnace serviced, I assumed it was done properly since the tech was at my home for and hour. Apparently all he did was change the filter! I just had my air ducts cleaned and when the guy hooked up the machine to my furnace to my surprise it was filthy!! I prepaid for next years service (the guy told me it would save me $ ) which I will clearly not be using! I will be asking for full refund!

I've had Black Lion at my home three or four times over the last few years doing everything from installing a new furnace to routine maintenance. Each time they come I am impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of their service providers. On the most recent visit, I mistakenly wrote down the wrong date and the serviceman (Steve) arrived at an empty house with me 20 minutes away! After I explained the situation to the customer service rep on the phone, the Steve waited for me until I got home out of breath and apologetic to let him in. He was unperturbed and very affable. I can't recommend this company enough. I am always satisfied with their prices and professionalism.

Went excellent! Ed came out to give me a quote. He was able to match another bid and so I decided to go with black lion since their reviews were excellent. On the day of install, Sal and Renzo and their crew came on time, finished earlier than I thought, and were a delight to talk to. They took off their shoes every time they came into my house, which I feel is respectful to me. They customized my coil box making it look nice and neat. AC works great, I have wireless setup on the thermostat, and I'm one happy customer! They took their time to explain what they did so I knew exactly what was done.
