They're wonderful. It was a good deal.

Initial visit was good. Subsequent follow up to schedule service per my prepayment was not good. I don't even want to try getting a hold of them and just accept that I paid $178 for service and never use them again. Lesson learned, never prepay.

They did not find anything wrong with the furnace. They cleaned the fan motor and put in a new gas line to the furnace because the old one was making a high pitched noise.

They came and looked at the problem I was facing (load furnace), and they thought outside the box to fix it. They were very creative in providing a solution while considering keeping cost down. It was a great experience. Thank you!

I have several rentals and they were fine. They were great. Nobody has been back, so I would say they are absolutely fine. I know I was not unhappy. I was very pleased with them. They were very very friendly, punctual, and I would use them again.

I have used a lot of contractors and they have been by far one of the best I have dealt with. They knew their stuff. They were very careful about making sure everything was plumbed right, they didn't just slap it together. They took their time to make sure everything looked nice and would function well. They really cared about making sure that everything was done right. I think they went way above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Then they followed up with me several days later and came out and did a wellness on it. I was really surprised by that. They just did a fantastic job. It's pretty rare. The workers were great. They were very personable, very knowledgeable answered all of my dumb questions, and took the time to walk me around the product and help me understand what they were doing. They were fantastic and patient. They did a great job cleaning up. He didn't need to but he swept my whole garage, and I was surprised by that. They did a good job.

OK. We thought the furnace filter delivered could have been a somewhat better one - not the lowest end one!!

Furnace repair technicians were fine. They did a good job and were friendly, but they (both the repair technician and the electrician) took a long time to diagnose the problem. It seemed like multiple trips to the store for parts had to be made. However, the experience of dealing with the office rep made it so I never want to hire this company again. No one should have to go through the rigamarole of not having calls returned after a job was contracted. Instead of billing my condo association and relying on them to work out billing with me, half of the bill was sent to me and I was left to sort it out with the condo association. I don't know who prompted them to bill me like this, and it made no sense. This issue, along with the "say one thing and do the opposite" attitude of the office, made this situation more complicated than it should have been. Beware! I will never hire this company again because of this experience.

Great! Also learned about which filters to buy in the future and how to install and how closing room vents did not save me $ and actually harmed the furnace. Had no idea.

The service turned out fine. Just one person came out to complete the service. It took about an hour and half to do the service.

Service person was on time and friendly but pushed a "igniter replacement" that turned out to be very expensive. I complained by email and I must admit, the owner of the company called me back same day. He listened and offered to return a percentage of my cost for the part.

I found them on Angie's List but that's not the interesting way I came about them. They had acquired the company that used to do my servicing regularly. So I called them up and before I made an appointment with them, I checked them out on Angie's List and they had very good ratings. They were about $3000 a piece, but I managed to get a rebate on them so altogether it came out to a little bit less than that. They were very professional, excellent. The quality was excellent. They were very responsive. This is a very professional company that showed great interest in the customer, to the point of helping to troubleshoot even before I had became a customer. They made recommendations and had a consultant come out to find the best solution to my problem. They installed the furnaces over the course of about 5 hours. Clean up was an A, perfectly. The workers were very friendly and courteous. This is the only time I have used Black Lion, but based on the experience, I will go back to them again.

I had thought that the installation had gone well until about a week later I was in my laundry room straightening up. Some items had been left on top of my dryer so I moved them. I discovered that the top of my dryer was significantly damaged. Apparently, rather then move the dryer during the installation the installers used it as a platform to stand on. If the installers found that the dryer was in the way I would have gladly moved it. To make matters worse the installers asked me to give them a good review. I was too trusting because of the initial treatment I got from the salesmen and the office. Won't happen again.

For quality, it's still working, but it's hard to say on a new furnace that's less than a month old. They were pretty detailed and thorough and went through several different options.

Today Black Lion came out and installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. Renzo, Gabe, Matt and Adam were very professional and courteous. Our job was complicated but the gentlemen did it fast and with ease. The furnace works great and we are excited to use the new A/C in the summer. Thank you for making this so easy. We highly recommend them and will be using them for future service

they suggest that i change gas valve and gas igniter , although they worked at the time of the service. i hired another company that cleaned my gas burners that solved the problem why furnace had not ignited sometimes.

They were punctual. The work looks very well done. All pipe joints are clean, The area was clean when they were done. All-in-all very professional. They are our go to team for hvac too.

I was pleased with them. They did not call me back though. They were very personable and caring. The technician seemed very conscientious and well-trained.

I bought the Deal in December and it took a while for them to come out. The service was great but getting them here wasn't. Once we made the appointment they came right on time. I would use them again but not until I get a couple other bids on the dial change they suggested.

They inspected and cleaned the furnace. They explained the problem to me and told me how I could do some of the repair work myself.
