Description of Work: Jason and Bruno did an excellent job in installing our new furnace and a/c. They were very professional and knowledgeable in what they were trained to do. There was a slight problem with installing the furnace to the duct opening, but Bruno created a solution and problem was solved. We are very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: This is our second occasion to use Black Lion. We are very pleased with Black Lion's professionalism and integrity and recommend the company without reservation. We certainly will utilize Black Lion again!

Description of Work: The furnace was cleaned and inspected. A single phase surge protector and a stand alone run capacitor were added to the furnace.

Description of Work: The furnace inspector showed up on time, was courteous, friendly and professional, and he gave a detailed explanation of his findings. What more could you ask for?

Description of Work: tuned up furnace, gave me a list of things needing attention in near future

Description of Work: Great people..sub contractor was terrific too. On time, very polite and considerate.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt and did a great job of tuning the furnace up. He found a small leak and sealed it with a heat resistant sealer, and even went so far as to vacuum out our permanent filter.

Description of Work: Bought a big deal for an A/C unit, and decided at the same time to replace the furnace/air handler. As far as I can tell the work went well, it looks good, seems to operate well. I do think they might be a tad more pricey then their competitors, but my neighbors had used Black Lion and were very happy so I went with that. My only/biggest beef was that for the estimate and for the final walk through on the project Ben was REALLY late. For the estimate he went to the wrong address, and I can actually understand how that happened, so I'll give him that one. For the final, we had an appointment, and after I'd waited 15 minutes I called him and he was still at his office!! When he finally showed up I let him know I was p***** off and he didn't seem to get that I made an appointment and needed to get TO WORK!! This wasn't the only thing I had to do for the day.... So, that really hacked me off. And that reflects on many of the grades I gave him, it's not responsive or professional to disrespect someone else's time like that! Other than that, I'd say it went ok.

Description of Work: Regular maintenance,take out air filters and vacum them outside cleaned heat pump and returned filters , checked heat pump performnce with the theremostat.
