Description of Work: The technician was very thorough and polite. He recommended replacing our older furnace ion lieu of about $1500 in repairs. I told him the house was being torn down in a year, so he said he would email me an estimate for necessary repairs and we could go from there. I received a receipt email for the visit, but never for the repairs. I had another (Angie's list) company come out for a second opinion, and they said all it needed was a $100 repair (although they agreed that if we were staying, the furnace would need replacing).

Description of Work: I got a bid for two water heaters that ended up being for a water heater and a furnace, a furnace I didn't need. i guess the person bidding the job was no longer with the company. Bid initially was for $6K, now for over $8K. Not a happy camper

Description of Work: Complete servicing of furnace, which took about an hour and a half, plus a new filter. Didn't try to sell me a new furnace (in fact, he said my furnace was in great shape). No other fees or add-ons, just the Angie's coupon that I bought last March (which means the price was significantly lower than fall prices). Spot on time and great to work with. Very professional. Even the phone contact was perfect. A+!
