They just made it clear what my options were and what the costs were. The workers were clear on what the decisions would need to be made and where the electric wires would be ran. The interactions were very clear and very cordial. The workers were excellent. They cleaned up very good as I recall.

The process was great. Technician was on time and completed the work quickly. The only problem I had was not knowing that I would have to take a day off to wait for a electrical inspection. That is not the Electrician's fault but I wish I would have known ahead of time.

They were terrific! So many HVAC companies focus just on upsell and forget to provide you with the service originally requested. They met my needs entirely by providing a professional quote with options, without pushing extra items. The crew showed up on time, kept me informed as they worked, and finished a little early. The also promptly followed up with the necessary inspections from the city. And in the end, I have a high quality AC and furnace. I highly recommend this company.

Great work..old system.. will need new system soon.. never received quote for replacing systems as requested. Told it would arrive that day.

They did a very good job for maintaining the furnance, extra service for cleaning the motor is high, i believe.

They know what they are doing. The only negative was that I paid an additional $200 for something I am not sure that I needed. I felt that they upcharged me. The result was that the total service ended up costing me over $300. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I will try them again to see if they upcharge me again. If so, then I probably will look elsewhere.

He doesn't do drywall. So for some of the stuff we needed done, we had to do separate. The work was completed in a few hours. Everyone was nice.

Punctual, efficient, courteous. Great service from beginning to end as well as maintaining your system. If you are considering hvac services these guys are a must to have when you get your bids. I've already referred neighbors.

They also service boilers, furnaces and A/C. They were reasonable and they were in competition with the rest of them that I had quoted for it. They were very professional. They worked efficiently. They were in and out and got it done in a timely manner. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up afterwards.

The gentleman who came was personable and did good work. My concern is that he told me my furnace would need to be replaced soon and that they would be happy to help me with that purchase. He essentially tried to scare me with how it could break down soon and that it's better to be proactive with these things. I was concerned enough that I had another guy look at it, and he said that I didn't need to replace it, and that all of the major parts that can break have been recently replaced except for one. Given that, he told me it was nearly new and would last a long time. Back to Black Lion, I'm satisfied with the work on servicing the furnace. I'm just not a fan of any provider that pushes the up-sell, especially with scare tactics. It makes me feel like I cannot trust them.

Experience with electrician and office staff was excellent. Outdoor electrical outlet work performed was quick, visually appealing and works. Per Seattle electrical code, there is a low threshold for the AFCI and GFCI of outlet installed to trip.

I received calls a few days before the work was scheduled confirming everything and the crew that did the installation showed up 30 min early. They were fast (took two days), kept everything clean, picked up all their mess and put plastic down of the floors where they had to travel through the house to access the crawl space. They even fixed a bathroom door that had come loose from the hinges that one of their crew was using (which may have been coming loose before they used it) before they left as they were cleaning up. The unit has worked like a champ since then on the few hotter than normal days we have had .

Everything went well. They came on time, did it fast, tested and leaved the place.

The guys were very nice and helpful, however the company communication wasn't the best. They did not say they wouldn't finish the drywall after they installed the hood. They also estimated the vent would go a different direction and changed it when they arrived for the work.

It went very well. The electricians are skilled, worked fast, and were nice.
