Description of Work: They spent an appropriate length of time doing a tune-up on our furnace. We were very pleased with what they did and will definitely use them again. We've had other companies out and they hardly spent any time on it at all making us feel they were a waste of money. But Black Lion Heating, we feel took a reasonable amount of time and actually did a proper tune-up.

Description of Work: Installed hot water heater. Installation did cause a problem with water pipe pressure that installer refused to fix. I had to call a plumber to resolve the pressure issue. Perhaps they should have fixed it but I took the easy way out.

Description of Work: I had a voucher for furnace check with filter installation. Service man also took a look at a gas fireplace that has a pilot light that kept going out. Need a replacement part. Still awaiting call from office when part comes in to come back out to fix.
