Description of Work: We found we had to replace our furnace in order to add the A/C unit. All work was done promptly and with courtesy/professionalism.

Description of Work: Maintenance check on furnace and sealed up some attic pipes to the furnace as they were never done. It cost me an additional $125 but it was something that needed to be done.

Description of Work: I used the "tune-up" coupon for a service call, as my gas furnace was no longer putting out any heat. It turned out to be about a $75 part; the technician replaced it and also put in a new filter and did the routine tune-up. Prompt, courteous, and excellent service. I called beforehand to make sure it was OK to use the coupon for an actual service call; the scheduler said that was just fine. All around a very good experience.
