Description of Work: I had a Mitsubishi Ductless Heating System installed. How do I begin... |Kevin, Phil, Jordan and Brian are the best! From the salesman (used to be in service)to the installers to the electrician...AMAZING!!! |Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable...by the time they left I felt they had become family! Phil even found my glasses when I couldn't! |And the ductless heating system...I am overwhelmed at how wonderful my home feels now! The temperature is even! The airflow reaches into my two little bedrooms, where before I had to use in wall, forced air heaters. They told me these systems are great for the Pacific NW! I can see why! I would gladly be a spokesperson for Black Lion! Thanks Black Lion!

Description of Work: For $59, I received an inspection/tune up of my gas furnace and extremely useful advice on how to make better use of airflow and my thermostat settings to ensure my furnace works efficiently. I previously had intermittent issues with the furnace shutting off or failing to reach temperature without an obvious mechanical problem. In 10 minutes, the Black Lion tech explained things I wish I would have known for the last 10 years. The furnace has been problem-free since. Black Lion was easy to schedule, the tech was on- time and genuinely nice. They exceeded my expectations. |

Description of Work: I was pleased with Black Lion Heating and would use them again. They had a special offered for a furnace tune-up and filter. They also performed some minor repairs on our furnace while here. They were on-time and professional, and I would use they again in the future.
