Description of Work: The second heat exchanger on our furnace went out and given how old the furnace was we decided to have a new one installed. Adam Smith (Service Tech) was very helpful and patiently answered all questions. Furnace was installed on 2/6/17 by two well-trained and customer-oriented young men. We will always use Black Lion in the future.
