Description of Work: I had the full house inspection and recommendations. I had had trouble with a forced air heat unit in the bedroom last year and was anxious to get it fixed. The technician pulled it and looked at it and suggested that the other units might also be about to fail. I had four units replaced, circuit breakers replaced and a carbon monoxide monitor installed. The tech had brought the wrong unit when he first got there and had to go to the store to get the right one, so even if I had not had the others replaced, he would have had to go to the supplier. Still, he got the work done in the time scheduled and was professional, as was the inspector when he came.

Description of Work: Found why a certain area in the house the electricity kept going out. It was a faulty outlet causing a short. He was also able to fix an overhead light in the kitchen that several electricians form different companies over the years have not been able to fix. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. It hasn't caused any problems since. Josh Kenerson was the electrician.
