+ -1 moreIf it wasn't for the dispute over the glass table top (I also bought two chairs, and two ottomans from ATG,) I would have given the company straight As. The furniture is good-looking, well-designed and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: ATG, a furniture company, sent me a rattan wicker table with a glass top that did not fit. Only after I sent my complaint through Angie's List, did they make good on the table and reimburse me for the cost of a new piece of tempered glass.

+ -1 moreWent great. Only one thing was missing from the initial order - cable light piece - and we ordered many things from different distributors. Of all the things we ordered for home building, this was the easiest.
Description of Work: Bought lighting for entire house. Came into office with plans and worked on what was needed. Everything shipped to us and extras needed asap were shipped Fed Ex.

Description of Work: I ordered an Emerson ceiling fan and a new dining room chandelier for a rental condominium I own. I ordered the Chandelier out of their clearance section. This product I found out is stocked in their warehouse in Kirkland, so I received this product right away. The ceiling fan was delivered in about 5 business days and the product was excellent quality and condition. The selection to choose from on the website was excellent and I appreciated being able to sort by price so I could get a fan that was in my price range.

+ -1 moreI loved the showroom, and I just love my light fixture. The sales team was very helpful and courteous. They even printed up a picture of the fixture so I could take it home and think about it. Their email system stating that the email system was terrible. The product arrived with no email that stated that it had in fact been shipped. I had ordered from them before and had a same situation occur. Their system is bad in updating the clients on the status of their order.
Description of Work: I ordered a small light fixture for my hallway.
