Description of Work: When I called, an appointment was sheduled within a week. The service agent arrived promptly within the alloted time. His truck was well marked and he came with an assistant. He quickly went to work and found the defective part (icemaker motor) which then had to be ordered. Everything was then put back. I was called in about a week that the part was in hand and a new schedule was established. Again he arrived promptly, installed the part and tested it. Everything was cleaned up, I settled the bill andf he left. He was very professional, clean and well organized. Great job.

Description of Work: Hubie came out promptly; surveyed both our refrigerators which were different brands, ages, and had different problems. He fixed one directly and told us the other one's problem was its placement in our garage-it got too cold in there to work properly. Then he gave us several different solutions to consider. He knows his stuff, gets right to work, is professional, and knows how to communicate.

Description of Work: ~Service to my Bose dishwasher was covered under a company recall, so there was no charge. Two gentlemen arrived as scheduled and immediately swapped out the old part with a new part. They were both efficient, friendly, and seemed to perform the work well.

They have really good prices and they are very customer service oriented. I am extremely pleased with the way these guys have worked for me over the years.
Description of Work: They repaired my washing machine. My washing machine was malfunctioning and they got it working again. I don't remember the exact details of what was wrong with my washer.
