Ali and his team did really nice work installing 3 panes of glass, including a really odd sized piece. Even though the job was small they were able to come out quickly to take measurements and they gave me competitive pricing. Both Ali and his technician were communicative, prompt and helpful. I found one more pane of glass that needed replacing about a week after they originally came and got the same prompt, friendly, and professional service. When I told Ali I was trying to get my house on the market within the next week he went out of his way to expedite the glass and install it at no extra charge to me. They did great work and I'd definitely hire them again if I ever need more glass replacement.

Everything went as anticipated - there were no surprises. Responsiveness was excellent. They were fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Not professional , not clean up, lots broken glasses on the ground, not come on time. But they answer my call and come, try to do that I asked.

I mistakenly rated this company recently. This is my updated review. The actual service was a casement window crank assembly replacement. This option not offered for me to select.

They located replacement hardware and installed it but there is a problem with one of the windows. It does not close properly and they have not responded to a request to see if it can be adjusted.

Ali from aria was amazing, flexible and very helpful!

Our living room window was broken during a windstorm. I called several window companies. Aria came and provided a reasonable quote. The owner was so polite and respectful. The lead time was 2-3 weeks. The job was finished within that timeframe. They did an outstanding job replacing the window. They also did an amazing job cleaning up broken glass and even vacuumed out the carpet to ensure there were no broken fragments remaining in the carpet. If we ever have the need to have a window replaced, Aria Glass is our "go to" glass company.

They showed up promptly, were professional and personable, took care of the problem carefully and even reduced the cost considerably when they found that the job was less involved than they anticipated. Ali is very pleasant and all the members of the company were very nice and had very good follow through. One of our windows was not cut properly, and they rapidly corrected the issue.

Very friendly

They did a wonderful job of taking out the old glass and installing the new glass. However, there is a flaw in the double plane glass that they installed. There is a leakage of the black glue that they use to hold the two planes of glass together in the bottom right hand corner of the glass that is an error and not correct. That is why I did not give this company a perfect rating although they did a good job of installation.
