The arborist came out about a week ago and gave a great proposal for the work that needed to done. His crew came today and did the work in an efficient and professional manner. They cleaned up after the work. The trees looked great.

They came and gave us an estimate that was better than other tree people. They gave us a date and time for service and followed through perfectly.

Steve, the owner, examined my trees for health and possible problems and provided different options. Worked with me to choose the most important work to do and to stay within my budget. No hard sell. Steve and crew arrived on time and checked with me before beginning work. Crew did a good job of clean up. Crew chief checked with me on my level of satisfaction before leaving.

It turned out very well. They were in and out within a day. They worked with me and got done what I wanted. I was very satisfied with them. They were also good about coordinating with the neighbors, and let them know when they would be around so they wouldn't wake people up. The also had a wood chipper that they used. There were no surprises and I knew exactly what it was going to cost. They are a good outfit.

They didn’t cleanup and they left large sections of the tree in the yard. They got the job done in one afternoon.

The service turned out good. They got the job done in less than half a day. They had a shredder that they pulled in and they got rid of all the branches. They also cut the wood to a desired length for me that would be easy to pick up.

They were pretty good. They did what they needed to do. They trees were fine and the cleanup is great. They cut everything up into small pieces and cleaned up. They were the cheapest of all the quotes that we got. They got the job done in about 4 hours. They sent out a crew of 5 guys to complete the job. They trimmed about 6-7 trees in total.

I had been considering getting my trees trimmed and saw that this team was working on a neighbor's trees so I got an estimate. They were very pleasant and gave what seemed like a fair price. When they could not make the appointed time, they called to let me know. I have had my maples trimmed before and know that they are a specialized tree, not to be over trimmed. I do, however, want to get my money's worth. The trimmers did not come to my door and ask if I had specific concerns or if I was satisfied with the job. Nor did the owner return and ask how it went. Fortunately, I was home and went out to point out some heavy areas that needed more taken off but the owner never checked on the completed job. I would give it a solid B.

The team arrived promptly and cleared the brush very quickly and efficiently. The team was friendly and the price was great!

The ArborMagic crew arrived early this morning, as expected, to prune a large red-leaf maple in our front yard that was far too dense and a massive 7-trunk big-leaf maple in our backyard that had storm and age damage. Both trees had lots of dead wood that needed to be removed, some of which was hazardous to us and our neighbors. The ArborMagic crew was very friendly and professional starting from the estimate performed several days earlier through the extensive work and thorough cleanup. In addition to making our trees much healthier and safer, they carefully moved our deck furniture out of the way before climbing the trees and put it all back in place afterward. I'm very pleased with the work and the price.

Crew was very knowledgeable and conscientiousness. They did destroy a few plants in the process that probably could have been avoided. They cleaned up the site well and were very concerned that we were pleased with the results.

Once I contacted them, Arbor Magic came out and gave us a detailed estimate. On the day we agreed for the work to be done they sent a five person crew. They got right to work and completed the work the same day. They hauled all the debris away...and it was a lot! They also did a nice job cleaning up the front & back yards. In addition we asked them to be careful of our yard lights and they were. We had one tree in need of a little more work. They sent one of their crew members out a few days later and he finished the detail work we requested at no extra charge. We found Arbor Magic to be professional and they got right to work. I would recommend them and we plan to call on them again in the years ahead.

It went great and it was so refreshing to hear a company not push for work. Berl honestly told us we didn't need anything done, and also warned us about others. Why would he said no work was needed, if it wasn't the case? I have since contacted Mariotti Tree Company (they're on Angie's List too) and told them we're not interested and their scam didn't work on us. I would definitely call Arbor Magic again when we need work done. I appreciated the honesty and no hard sell for work not needed.

Due to a mis-communication, the job was not completed the first time they came, but they returned in a prompt manner and did the work perfectly.

It went well. I've never used a tree service before so wasn't sure of the cost, but they did a good job and used a coupon I had for the work. The people were professional and quick. They left the yard clean.

Overall, the job was professionally and efficiently performed with attentive and careful workers.

I was extremely happy with them. I have very tall trees. They removed two trees and they removed dead wood from the rest of the trees. I liked the customer service and the crew that came out. I liked their clean up.

A tree consultant (Alex) knocked on my door one day and politely asked if I had any need for Arbor Magic's services. I said yes and he scheduled a follow up visit with a project manager (Berl) for a convenient time a couple days later. Berl arrived when promised and quickly assessed the work I wanted done (arbor vine trimming and removing a 15-20 foot tree). Berl offered his price estimate ($400 + tax) that was in the range of what I thought was an extremely fair deal based on previous estimates I'd had done in the past. I agreed and we scheduled the work for two days later. Berl said it was not necessary for me to be at home, so for that reason we didn't set an exact time - which was fine with me. The evening before the day the crew as to arrive, Berl called me to let me know that due to some storm damage in nearby neighborhoods, they had to push the work back by one day. I appreciated the phone call. The crew arrived mid-morning on the (re)scheduled day of the job. I quickly reiterated what needed to be done and they started to do their thing. They also politely asked my neighbors to move their cars temporarily so they wouldn't be in the way of the tree cutting. The 3-man crew did their work in about 75 minutes, cleaned up everything as I requested and were on their way. I was extremely happy with the service of Arbor Magic from begining to end. I would hire them again and recommend them without any hesitation based on my experience.
