Steve was very flexible in my ever changing schedule and came out, assessed the work and did it all in one day...and even was able to do it all from outside once we saw it. Thanks Steve!

I contacted AAA Skylights via Angie's List and received a response within a few hours! We were able to schedule a time for him to come to our house to review our skylights. He arrived promptly and assessed the skylights. He followed up with a proposal via email later that day. He explained the process clearly and answered all of our questions. We ultimately chose to go with a different provider but would definitely consider AAA Skylights for future work and would recommend them to our neighbors.

I didn't hire Steve, but I wasn't too impressed with his communication skills nor his commitment to customer service. Once he got wiff that I was bidding the job, he passed. I wish him the best success but I wouldn't recommend working with this guy. I've received a lot more professionalism from other companies. Sounds from the reviews that he doesn't honor his work either. That's too bad.

We were looking to put a skylight in a dark room in our house. Steve made a suggestion to actually place the skylight in our covered deck which is next to the room. Now not only do we have great light in our dark room, but also on the deck. It looks great! Steve is very professional, we received the quote for the work promptly, was there when he said he would be, the job took the time he said it would, and the clean up the mess every day. Highly recommend his work.

The work appeared to go fine and we had no problem the first few years. I started seeing spots on the ceiling and called out the roofer several times to fix the leak but they never found any evidence of roof leaks. The roofer/owner even went in the attic to locate the leak but couldn't find any evidence of a roof leak. The stains continue to accumulate around the outside of the skylights. I have pictures of the stains. The roofer is absolutely sure that the skylights are leaking. The center skylight that doesn't move doesn't seem to have leaks but the 2 electric opening skylights both have stains. Currently the ceiling around this area is very brittle and looks like it is ready to collapse. I need some help on this. I have tried to email messages through Angie's list using the messages button but it just freezes and never sends. I have left my name and number at all numbers for AAA Skylights and contacted Angie's List. I left messages for AAA before Christmas but so far, no reply.

Steve was quick to get back to me, came out right away to give an estimate, returned phone calls and emails promptly and scheduled the work as soon as the skylights came in. He provided a very clear, detailed estimate including pamphlets describing the products and patiently answered questions. He did not try to talk us into the more expensive (electric opening) skylights and explained why we might like each of the choices so that we could decide what was best for us. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. He was very careful to protect our home, and did not leave a speck of dirt behind. We have been doing major remodeling, and have had countless tradespeople in our home over the last few months, and we have had more than our share of things going wrong, but there is absolutely nothing negative to report about working with this company. Steve was, overall, the best of all the people we have had work for us because he was very professional and pleasant to work with, very careful with everything--without being asked--and he obviously knew exactly what he was doing and did it perfectly.

It all went well, but he still hasn't come back to fix the leaks that are now occurring, despite me calling him.

I felt the price was fair. They were great, came out and replaced them all in one day. The guy was nice and the seemed to be installed correctly.

I'd gone to Angie's list to research local services. I was suprised at the cost that given by all I contacted. The job seemed fairly easy to me. Single story ramble with a low-sloped roof. Pull existing skylight, replace it with new. No one provided a break down of cost of materials and labor. It was always rolled into one price quote. I never go with the lowest-bidder, so went with a local service that had good Angie's list reviews. Picked AAA Skylights the rest because I was impressed with Steve's knowledge. He came by the house to verify the installation prior to the install date. Ordered the correct skylight the first time. He showed up ready to work, did the job without any complications and cleaned up everything after he was done. Very happy with the results. The only low mark was for the cost. I asked if it was possible to bill for time and materials. I was told by multiple services that it is industry standard to quote the price as a combination of product and labor, regardless of how short/long the job takes. This works out in favor for the jobs that tend to run long. Mine, however took less than a total of 4 hours.

They came out the same day I called and was able to replace it quickly. I was very satisfied.

Provided prompt and accurate quote. They performed excellent service within 3 days of the quote even though they were very busy with the first major rains of the winter. Very professional and high quality work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

It went great! The fact I didn't have to be home for the replacement made my life easier. It was effortless (except for writing the check, which I was happy to do!).

Our overall experience was absolutely positive. My only piece of advice is to be persistent when trying to contact them. The owner (Steve) answers most calls himself and will return voicemails, but he is extremely busy. Considering the absolutely flawless quality of the work that they did for us, I'm not at all surprised that they are busy. If you don't hear back, keep trying. It's definitely worth it!

I liked them and I was very happy with them. They were very professional and very courteous. They were very prompt as well. I thought their price was fair and not exceptional.

Steve returned my original call promptly, gave me an exact time to come by, helped reduce the costs by being prepared to fix things while he was onsite, and was responsive to fixing one other thing while he was here. He called to give me price estimates as promised. I was not able to be home and he was still able to complete the job while I was at work. He was very courteous and professional and responsive.

I called AAA a few times, but they never returned my calls or even acknowledged that I called. AAA was referred to me by another roofing company who was not able to perform the repairs on my skylight. Too bad. So I have chosen another company.Don't be in business if you can't answer your phone.

The last couple rainstorms we noticed water on the kitchen floor. Only then did we look up and notice the mold around the bottom of the skylight window. I emailed a couple companies and Steve replied (after he noticed my email in his spam folder). Over the phone he thought it sounded like the window seal had been broken, came out the same day and confirmed that window needed reglazing. Told me he could fix it the following day or following Wed, and that he would let me know. The next day he called to say he could do it that afternoon, showed up on time, fixed it, and gave me information on the window manufacturer for my files. Nice guy, nice fix, what more can be said?

After receiving bids from various companies, I selected AAA Skylights for window and skylight replacement / additions as well as a few other remodel tasks in our home. Steve and Jordan were a pleasure to work with, were always professional and went out of their way to do things correctly - the quality of their work exceeds my expectations. Since their results speak volumes, I will without a doubt be calling on them down the road as needed.

I wanted to get an estimate for 3 skylight (read: I am ready to spend my money), called AAA and did not receive a call back for 7 days! They finally left a message and then we played phone tag for a few days after which I gave them my cell phone number to help us connect and never received another call back. I guess I should have listened to the advice of other reviewers on this one.

Our experience was excellent. Steve was very flexible and came to inspect my old skylights while I was at work and left his estimate on my door step. He was able to accommodate me when sccheduling the work and showed up on time. His crew completed the work very quickly and professionally.

They did a great job protecting our furniture by sealing off the area they were working in with plastic. They did a very nice job with the finishing, nice moulding and paint. It's been almost a year and it is one of my favorite things in our house, so much natural light! We have some more spots we would like skylights and we will definitely call Steve.

No response to the message that I left to get a bid for replacing a skylight. I've given them more than sufficient time to return my call and they haven't which is why I'm rating them with a BIG F. It is unprofessional to not return a potential customers call.
