Rosa and her husband are great people to work with.

Rosa made an appointment at 6 PM with me. She never showed up and never called at 6. FInally at 7 she called and said she wanted to reschedule. I asked her why she hadn't called me and she said she was working. I asked for a day and time when she could show up as promised. She just said to forget it. This is totally unprofessional. I wouldn't hire them.

This was a last minute request to mow our yard before the Easter weekend.... very long grass had not been cut because of the weeks of rain. The crew came out and did an awesome job-- with the rain ooming down on them. My yard looked beautiful for Easter!

Performed all services in a timely and professional manner, from estimates thru completing the work. Communications was good. Flexible and willing to accommodate our schedule.

The owner came out and gave me a bid. I then scheduled the work- the team of men arrived promptly, listened to my requests, and went to work right away. They had their own appropriate equipment, worked steadily, finished in a timely manner, and honored their bid. The yard was left in exactly the condition I had hoped! I thought taking out decades of deeply rooted ivy from a considerable space would take forever, but they got it all done in a much quicker time. They left several hours after they arrived, having cleared up all debris, etc.

There was nothing that they could improve on. They were very timely and did excellent work. They came on time and were within my budget. They were creative and very personable as well. They did a great job.

They consistently responded to phone calls quickly and came to make a bid promptly and on time. Our yard had not been cleared of leaves, fallen branches, weeded, or pruned in a number of years. Their crew came when they said they would, worked hard and efficiently, cleaned everything up and hauled everything away. Their bid was half of some of the others. Great job!

Everything went well. They arrived on time and charged a reasonable price.

They were great! They came over a few days before and gave me an estimate. At that time I described what I wanted done. They bought supplies (landscaping fabric, bark, sand, gravel and stones for the path), worked all day, hauled stuff to the dump and came back the next day to finish because they hadn't had quite enough bark.

Alberto and Rosa showed up exactly when they said, performed tasks well and were a pleasure to work with. We were very satisfied. The best landscapers we have worked with. Already booked them for more work.

I've used this company several times in the last 4 years because I own several rental homes. Every year there are some things to do. They always provide good quality professional service with reasonable prices in an efficient and timely manner. Last year, when some trees branches fell down on top of my rental house, I called them and they came in the same day to remove the branches and clean up the whole place. Nowadays it can be hard to find good and hard working people like them.

I wanted my yard cleaned-up for a BBQ on Saturday. I call Tuesday morning, they stopped by that afternoon and provided a quote and did the work as planned on Friday. The communication was excellent from the initial contact through the project. We did a quick walk through for the quote and they did everything i wanted, including the patio and driveway. I would definitely use them again!

Fast estimate time (2 days to come look). After we decided to go with their estimate, we scheduled them for 2 days later. They showed up promptly that morning, worked hard all day, cleaned up very well. Amazing job! We are so happy!

They were fast, and they did good work. We will call them again. I would give them all A's.

Rosa and her husband arrived on time to provide an estimate. We walked the yard and described what we wanted. They gave a price and a date and we agreed. On the day prior, they called explaining that a previous job was running over, and asked if it would be okay to start in th afternoon rather than the morning. We agreed that was fine. They did the work and did a nice job. When it was time to pay, Rosa explained that there ended up being quite a bit more work than expected, and asked for an additional amount of money. She said that she would honor the additional quote if needed. I agreed that they had provided more work, and gave them about 10% over the quote, rather than the 20% they were asking for. Overall I was very pleased. I hardly knew they were there - the work was done efficiently and they did a great job. I will continue to use Aand R.

They rock and they do a great job. They are on time, clean, and cheap.

While Aand R are friendly and prompt, they are less professional. I had made it clear that "I wanted to take the entire soil/dirt out while digging out all unwanted grass and weeds and that I wanted to make sure a good flower bed is created with no weeds coming out in the near future". I thought they will know (and do) what it takes to get what I wanted. But instead I had to stay on top on how they are doing, what they were doing on the day of the service. E.g. I asked how much inches of dirt they plan to dig, what height would ensure the roots are all taken out etc. They had not paid attention to that from the landscaper's point of view. In the afternoon, I saw that they were not taking out enough dirt to make sure weeds' roots are all cleaned up, they said the soil is too hard and they are having difficulty digging it out. Well, that is part of the business. I didn't make the soil hard purposely! So having hard soil doesn't mean they should take the shortcut. Upon asked to dig more, they said they will need to charge more money! Secondly, they also complained of number of plants being too many. Again, on the day of the estimate itself, I had specifically asked if they charge based on number of plants being planted to which they said NO. So, then they shouldn't complain if I ask them to plant 10 plants or 15. They should have been more clear upfront. Also, they are not 'lanscaping professionals' per se. They didn't have creative suggestions or design recommendations for me as compared to some other landscapers out there. All in all, they are an 'OKAY' service. If you know exactly what you want to get done, then Aand R will do just fine, and for less $$. BUT if you want to do service with them make sure you 1. EXACTLY spell out what you want (show diagrams etc), 2. Get in writing what they will do AND most importantly, HOW they will do it and 3. get clarified that the cost is final and no adjustments will be done later. And as I write this, my wife just told me 5-6 weeds have shown up in the bed we just created 2 weeks ago, with Aand R's "help"!

Rosa responded to my inquiry quickly. Gave a quote and showed up on the date/time requested and completed the work exactly as I had envisioned it.

The job went extremely well. Rosa and her husband came out the day after I called to give us an estimate, which I felt was very fair. We had to reschedule once due to Utility work being done through our yard. I called back on a Monday to ask if they could come Friday or Saturday the same week. They showed up right on time on Friday and started to work immediately while I gave Rosa a list that included a few changes, including some specific topsoil I wanted. The total cost was still less than $400, which was worth every penny since I've recently had back surgery. I will have them come back to re-landscape our back yard after we build a deck.

I called A and R and left a message regarding what I wanted. They called me back later that day on their way back from a job and asked if they could come by then and give me an estimate. They showed up within 20 minutes and I showed them where and what I wanted and I went inside while they appraised the job. They came back with their estimate. I told them I had another estimate coming in tomorrow and I would contact them one way or the other. I called them the next day and said they had the job. Rosa explained she would be there depending on the weather and they showed up within a week on a decent dayand worked until dark until job was completed and cleaned up everything.

The service was good; they were very congenial and did not add to the cost when we asked them to do something different so they were very flexible when asking them to do other projects. They were very knowledgeable about their job. The only issue we had was that they covered a large amount of jobs at the same time; we had to be somewhat flexible to their needs as well. I would hire them again.

They came exactly when they said they would. They did a very good job with the work, and I was very pleased with the work they did. I have actually engaged them to come every other week now.

The experience was great, they showed up when they said they would and did the work they said that they would. Having recently had a couple of contractors do work at our house, it was a very pleasant suprise to have them do what they said they would do without harming existing plants, etc. The results look beautiful and they did all of this with their 7 person team in about 4 hours - it was really amazing. Two weeks later it still looks good, weeds haven't shown up yet. I would (and will) hire them again.

I called for an estimate about 2 weeks prior to the work. They came as scheduled, walked through the yard and listened to all I wanted done, then gave me a bid on the spot. Rose and Alberto work together on all their jobs. They are easy to reach by phone, and respond quickly. They came as planned on the day scheduled- there was a delay due to loading problems, and Rose called to let me know this, and then called again to say they were on their way. She was very apologetic about arriving late. They went to work immediately, each person seemed to know his job and got to it! Rose again walked through the yard with me to be sure they knew what I wanted done. Usually they work on the back first, then the front, this time, because they needed to unload bark, so the truck would be ready to take old dirt and plants, they started in the back yard. All 4 worked steadily and rapidly. A couple of times someone needed to make a run to empty the large truck, and refill it. The last job that Alberto tackled, with the help of the other 2 men, was pulling up ivy that has been in that location for over 30 years or more. While 2 were working in the back, others were putting out bark in other spots. When the job was done, everything was put back in place, and Rose and Alberto walked through the yard with me, to be sure I was satisfied. They were a pleasure to work with. I have 2 neighbors who saw them at work, and asked for their business card! We already plan to have them come again next year, or whenever we have a major landscaping problem. Although this time what we wanted was pretty basic lawn care, I think they are experienced at more difficult landscaping issues, and I would consult with them if I needed such assistance.
