Great guy great job highly recommend

Quick response time! Quick appointment scheduling! Very easy going and friendly. Very professional and thorough. Comprehensive and detailed report of findings. The only negative: Paul indicated that pricing was partly dictated by the number of samples/areas to be tested. We talked over the phone when scheduling about potentially needing seven samples from seven locations. He set a price accordingly. He then tested and collected samples from only five areas and did not make any adjustment to the price. I only got his quote and have never had such testing previously, so have nothing with which to compare his price... Overall, very satisfied.

Paul Jose inspected the attic for possible mold and ventilation. He found none, and air humidity was in normal limits that would not support mold. He checked all my vents that go through the attic for leaks or other problems. He made a recommendation to improve air quality in attic. When he was running a little bit late, he called me to tell me he would be there soon. Very personable.
